About this property

Fabulous seafront apartment in Los Cristianos

  • Fabulous and beautiful beachfront apartment in Los Cristianos. Newly renovated, furnished and equipped (January 2020). Very beautiful, bright and cheerful. Tastefully decorated, with beautiful colors and details that make the space a cozy and very pleasant place.



    The apartment is 1 large room with a double bed. It also has a sofa bed in the living room. Very practical and modern American kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. It has a bathroom also renovated and with a large shower. Nice terrace overlooking the sea and the pool, ideal to enjoy the sun and hang out outdoors.



    Ideal location next to the promenade, just 3 minutes from Los Cristianos Beach and very close to Las Vistas Beach. The entrance to the building and the pool is directly from the promenade. The pool is large and has a small children's pool, sun beds and bathrooms. The area has a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, shops and everything you need just a few steps. There are also several supermarkets nearby next to the Los Cristianos bus station a few minutes walk.



    We have a cot, high chair and baby bath if necessary.
