  • Casa Nonna:
    Magnificent 4 bedroom Holiday Rental Home situated in the well known area of Las Americas, South of Tenerife.

    The Holiday Rental Home is located in a quiet complex with swimming pool, 700 metres from Playa de Las Vistas and 1 km from Playa del Camisón, the best beaches in Tenerife, and very close to all kinds of shops, large supermarkets such as Mercadona (only 2 minutes walk), and shopping centres such as Safari and Parque Santiago.

    It is a 3-storey house. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A spacious living room with sitting area and dining area, with access to a beautiful terrace, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool of the complex. There is also a toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. A very spacious bedroom, with a 180 cm bed and a complete private bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with single beds. It has a second complete bathroom. On the third floor there is a large bedroom with a 150 cm bed and a private bathroom. The 2 double bedrooms overlook the garden and the swimming pool of the complex.

    Playa de Las Americas is a luxury tourist area in the south of Tenerife, known for its spectacular beaches, leisure areas, restaurants, shops and the famous Siam Park.At Casa Nonna you will be able to stay in a quiet environment, where you can relax in comfort, but at the same time have fun and enjoy the beach, the terraces, restaurants and other leisure areas.

    We offer you all the comforts to enjoy a perfect and peaceful holiday in Tenerife.

We stayed for 6 nights in this fabulous house in a quiet complex. The location is perfect, just a 10 minute stroll from the beach. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Buses pass by to the airport and to other parts of the resort. Everything in the house was clean and in good order. I would book to stay here again. Thank you, Isabel and Victor.
