Enter into the spacious great room complete with vaulted ceilings and a gas log stove, the ideal spot for family, friends, and Fido to gather! The dining area and kitchen are fully equipped for your cooking adventures. Enjoy the expansive deck with built-in gazebo for al fresco dining and relaxing in the crisp mountain air. The deck overlooks the huge fenced grass backyard. The garage has been remodeled into a fun-filled rec room with a huge TV, game table, basketball game, PacMan, and equipped with a mini-split to stay comfortable year-round. The first bedroom and a full bath are located on the main floor with the remaining two bedrooms, second full bath, and laundry upstairs. Arnold Alpine Abode sleeps up to 9 guests in 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor with a Cal King bed. Bedroom 2 is located upstairs with a Cal King bed. Bedroom 3 is also upstairs with a Bunk Bed (Twin over Full) plus a Full Futon. There is a full bathroom on the main floor and another full bathroom upstairs. Laundry is upstairs.
