Armstrong Express

The elevator was broken for 5 of our 7 nights. My knees are bad and they put us on the 3rd floor. No coffee maker in the room, and the one in the lobby doesn’t work.No Kleenex or extra toilet paper. I had to go to the desk for a carousel plate for the microwave. Poorly run property overall

One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Seattle so far!! Great location and an amazing room. My only real qualm is that you could not use the fridge since it was packed with items from the overpriced snack bar which was a bummer since we couldn’t store our leftovers. Otherwise great place, with a great valet parking service.

Came to go on a cruise for a one night stay- it was great spot to be close to everything but unfortunately did not have a shuttle to the hotel or the cruise terminal and Ubers and Lyfts in the area are very pricey. They do have a heated pool inside which is definitely a nice touch, and the staff were super friendly. Very historic feel and the rooms could use some updated deep cleans but overall was a good stay
