Hay murciélagos en las habitaciones. Había popó de murciélago en las camas. En el restaurante hay murciélagos en el techo y mientras comes te caen cosas en la cabeza.

Muy bueno, completo y confortable.

Si lo recomiendo, los empleados muy amables, la comida es rica. Deberían mejorar los ventiladores por unos de torre, los actuales hacen mucho ruido. Esta bien ubicado para ir a cualquier pueblo o atracción de la zona.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, casi no lo reservo porque lo vi calificado con 7,4; cuando en realidad es un hotel cuya calificación mínimo es de 8,5. Muy buenas instalaciones, además que el sábado llevan música en vivo. De paso: el mejor calentado de desayuno que he probado en años.

El hotel tiene buenas instalacxiones, pero el servicio es bastante deficiente. En mi opinión, el personal no está entrenado para atender huespedes. Falta profesionalismo en el personal, en todas sus dependencias. Por ejmplo, el dia de salida no emitiron las factura, asunto que es obligatorio. Se tardaron 10 dias para hacerlo despues de varias llamadas telefonicas. Mi habitancion no tenia aire acondicionado; en su lugar me enviaron un ventilador bastante ruidoso que yo mismo tuve que instalar...en fin.

La limpieza es regular, se fue el agua en la última noche de estadía y no dieron razón ni hubo solución hasta el siguiente día, tuvimos que cargar agua a las 2 de la mañana en baldes. El Parqueadero queda al lado del hotel pero no hay seguridad ni cámaras, se nos robaron el logo-emblema del carro y tampoco pudieron darnos razón. Las personas del servicio del restaurante muy atentos y amables.

Útil para el propósito que tenía

Reservamos este hotel para asistir a la noche de velitas en Quimbaya y para eso sirvió, todo lo demás es frustrante la gente del hotel no conoce los horarios de las actividades del hotel como el tiempo del desayuno, tuvimos problemas de mantenimiento a los cuales no se les dio solución y nos dejaron sin agua toda la noche y luego a las 6 am estaban golpeando la puerta como si fuera un operativo de policía para verificar si seguíamos sin agua cuando en realidad no habían hecho nada, después de las 10 pm solo quedan dos señoras en la cocina que desconocen el funcionamiento del hotel. Para terminar si atractivo el parque una total decepción, solo lo recomiendo si alguien desea perder su dinero.

En realidad al hotel le falta mejorar muchas cosas, en las habitaciones hay olor a humedad muy fuerte, no hay aire, solo un miniventilador, no hay nevera, el sauna y el turco no funcionan, el jacuzzi es frio, el ingreso al hotel es pesimo, la via esta en muy malas condiciones

Hôtel avec piscine

Établissement isolé mais agréable lorsqu'il y a peu de monde. Il ne faut oublier qu'il se trouve dans un parque d'attraction. Mais cela amène du bruit qu'en journée. Personel très sympathique. Malheureusement pour il y a plusieurs chantier d'agrandissement dont juste contre notre chambre qui nous a apporté beaucoup de bruit et de poussière.
