This is a bare bones but cheap facility. Wifi was spotty and kind of slow, but it got the job done. Food was edible. Bugs were a problem at night, since the room didn't really seal up like in a modern building. Shower was actually nice, though the towels weren't. Worst thing was the "mattress" on the bed which felt more like a box spring looking for a mattress to go on top. Staff were nice and helpful, and ultimately, for the money, it was alright.

Este hotel es lo peor que puedes escoger para tus vacaciones es sucio las habitaciones oscuras la cama está llenas de animales que caen del techo y la sabana llenas de sudor como si nunca las cambiarían yo hice una reserva para 5 días y solo me quede la primera noche les pedí que cambiaran mis sábanas porque olían súper mal y estaban mojadas y la persona que me ayudo con una mala actitud todabia me dice que ella piensa que hay una gotera en el techo y que tengo que correr la cama al otro día la manager se hizo negar toda la mañana solo para no devolverme el resto del dinero de los días que no me quedare en esta cochinada de hotel ahhh y como si no fuera suficiente esa misma noche llegaron otras persona a dormir a tomar en la piscina con música a todo volumen y alas 5 de la mañana las ratas corriendo por todo el techo no te dejan dormir el baño es una cochinada y hace mucha calor no puedes abrir la ventana porque no hay nada que proteja para que no entren animales y aparte de todo la gente súper grosera la peor esperanza porfavor no pierdan su dinero en este hotel

Muy mala la señalizacion para llegar al sitio, las habitaciones son cómodas, la piscina bastante sucia no la pudimos utilizar, el jacuzzi estuvo bien limpio y organizado, en las instalaciones hay juegos de billar y ping pong sin embargo estaba muy sucio y desorganizado.

La habitación confortable. Muy acogedora la finca y muy buena la amabilidad del personal del lugar. Su ubicación es céntrica para visitar parque del café, panaca y el valle del cócora. Es cerca a los centros comerciales de armenia (uní centro).

Este hotel tiene potencial para ser bueno, en las fotos se ve muy bonito pero cuando uno llega se ve oscuro y sucio, está prácticamente abandonado y no se preocupan por la limpieza externa. Las habitaciones están bien si ser excelentes, no tienen ventilador y son supremamente oscuras. Tampoco se pueden abrir las ventanas en la noche por los insectos puesto que no hay nada que evite que entren. La piscina siempre estuvo muy sucia se veían cosas blancas flotando por toda la piscina y cedimento amarillo en el fondo, la verdad es una experiencia muy desagradable. El personal del hotel es poco amable y hacen mala cara si uno no ordena la comida dentro del hotel, que tiene un precio desproporcionado.
