「I arrived late at around 1am at 4 Sur Hotel and, even though the door was locked, I rang the bell and was quickly welcomed in. By the time I reached the second floor, I was greeted like family. The reception staff spoke Spanish only, but we made it work easily with Google Translate — they were patient and kind the whole time. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean.
