Country House 'Bodega Oramas' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in El Rio - Arico, Cara Rural "La Bodega", recently renovated, has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a 3-meter chaselong convertible into a bed and wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 double bathroom, 1 toilet and can accommodate 7 people.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a 50-inch TV, a washing machine. A highchair and a crib are also available.

This vacation rental has a private outdoor space with a large 40 square meter uncovered terrace with large table for outdoor dining, relaxation area with armchairs for up to 8 people and barbecue area with countertop and sink. It also has an outdoor shower.

Something very characteristic of the house is a wine cellar built in an old cistern with a hidden access that you will have to discover.



The property is located in El Rio, a small village of Arico where you will find local bars and restaurants and 2 small supermarkets. Only 10 minutes away is the coastal area of Tajao with the best fish restaurants of the island and the beach of Abades. Only 15 minutes to the Reina Sofia Airport and El Medano. 25 minutes to the main tourist areas in the south of Tenerife and 35 minutes to the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

The area is ideal for hikers as it is close to countless trails such as the Paisaje Lunar and in the same village there are famous climbing areas such as the Barranco Del Rio.



Pets are allowed for a supplement of 12 euros per pet per night.



Smoking and events are not allowed.



The use of the terrace is forbidden after 10 pm.



There are no parking problems outside the property.
