"Location"

"There are several problems with the property that made the stay unpleasant and/or inconvenient. The most important one is the fact that it was not obvious to us that it was critical to communicate with the manager/owner before hand to get instructions on getting to the place and then having access to it. No one inhabits the premises, so to understand how to open doors once there requires a conversation with the owner. It took us a while to figure out where the building was (no street address)...

"The property is nice and clean. We had two problems a dog from the neighbors that barks all the time and a leak on the toilet that doesn’t let us sleep. We report the leak and no-one came to fix it. If you want to enjoy walking in town this place is very far and you will need a taxi to get there."

"The building is conveniently located. However, the apartment itself is very very simple, wasn’t that clean and the building does not have a 24/7 reception desk as it appear listed. "

"The property is beautiful and the view is outstanding. We had a problem as our reservation was for 5 people but the apartment was only prepared for 4. However, the property manager was very fast to help us and quickly fix the problem. It’s also very close to a supermarket and the mall. I recommend this place for a great stay in Ushuaia. "

"Muy satisfechos con nuestra estadía en el Hotel, todo limpio, bonito con una terraza que permite pasar lindos momentos con la familia, hay que dedicarle tiempo al entorno, playa , jardines, laguna, vista de día y de noche a Bariloche iluminado ....la cafetería bien atendida, y nuestros anfitriones siempre atentos a consultas...todo salió bien...muchísimas gracias."

"Very nice, clean and efficient hotel with comfortable rooms and beautiful views. We are very grateful to Luna, a staff member that spoke perfect English, for all of her recommendations on tours, hikes, restaurants and local culture. We enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable beds, and proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurants and shops in San Carlos de Bariloche while being situated in a park-like setting with views of the lake and mountains. Would stay again and highly recommend."
