"The room was basic but very clean and quite spacious. It’s located near the bus terminal and 5 min walk to the Main Street but far side of the trail head of Fitz Roy. We liked and appreciated the hotel staff, they are the most kind and helpful people we came across during our 10 day stay in Patagonia. "

"The hotel is nice and new, so it's very clean. Our room was super nice and you cannot beat the view of the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it's within walking distance to downtown which was convenient. The breakfast is good, but the dinner we had was only okay and we felt like it was significantly overpriced. And the pool area is nice but they need some umbrellas for the people that would like a little shade. Also, the lighting in the bathroom of our room was not very good. "
