On the 5th floor in a residence with 2 elevators.
It has an independent equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a large bedroom with a large dressing room, a second bedroom with dresser, a large living room, a laundry room, a beautiful loggia and a basement parking space to park your vehicle.
The accommodation
My accommodation can accommodate up to 7 people, divided into 2 bedrooms and a living room with a convertible sofa bed.
you will sleep in:
Bedroom 1: a king size double bed 180*200 cm for 2 people
Bedroom 2: a double bed 140*190 cm for 2 people
and a mattress 90*200 thickness 30 cm for another person if needed.
Living room: sofa bed for 2 people sleeping size: 201*130 cm
Other remarks
You will find shops, restaurants, parks and cultural activities nearby.
Next door: butchers, bakeries, pharmacy, post office, doctors and a shopping center and the large Casino/Géant supermarket (in the "Côté Seine" shopping center), 4 min walk.
One of the largest markets in the Paris region (the Héloïse market) is nearby 3 min walk (open on Fridays and Sunday mornings).
You can also easily reach Paris by public transportation:
- From the Argenteuil train station 800 m away (9 minutes walk) you take the Parisian train J which takes you to Paris Gare Saint-Lazare in 11 minutes (only one station).
Once in Saint Lazare you can visit everything easily.
