Perfekter Sommerurlaub

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. In der Nähe gibt es Strände, Restaurants, Bäckereien, Cafés und Geschäfte. Man läuft nicht weit, ca. 10 - 15 Minuten mit Kindern, kann aber auch Fahrräder leihen. Wenn man das Auto nehmen möchte, findet man aber auch immer Parkplätze.Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man braucht und im Garten kann man super relaxen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit gutem Zuschnitt der Räume. Ausstattung mit Klimageräten. Abgeschlossener Garten. Strand und Ortskern sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Liebe Gastgeber, wir haben uns in Ihrer Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber, es hat nichts wesentliches gefehlt. Argelès kannte ich bereits und bin genau deshalb hierhin gekommen, weil die Gegend einfach so traumhaft schön ist. Zwei Hinweise vielleicht: Ich hatte nicht damit gerechnet, dass der Pool im Oktober noch offen ist, dachte aber dass es Wetterabhängig ist. Der Pool ist klar ab 1. Oktober geschlossen. Aber das Meer war ja noch herrlich warm - wer braucht da einen Pool? Wir waren am ersten Tag etwas leichtsinnig mit offenen Turen und am nächsten Tag sehr zerstochen. Das ist ja immer etwas Jahreszeit-Abhängig. Zu der Zeit,, wo wir da waren, hätten wir uns besser schützen müssen. Ist aber nur ein Tipp und hat gar nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun. Fazit: Jederzeit gerne wieder. Viele Grüße Jörg

De belles vacances à Argelès sur Mer

Le logement est impeccable, avec son propre emplacement de parking juste à côté. Il est situé à 1 km de la plage. Un piscine communautaire est présente mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter suite à un arrêté municipal dû aux chaleurs et restrictions d'eau. Bon contact avec le propriétaire et avec la personne en charge sur place.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette charmante petite maison avec notre famille et notre petit chien. Nous avons également bien profiter de la piscine !! La maison se trouve à 20min à pied de la plage du centre. Il manque juste quelques équipements comme des maniques ou torchons mais sinon tout était parfait. Merci à Mme DUCHENE pour son accueil.

Agréable petite maison moderne

Très mauvais contact avec l'équipe de nettoyage qui m'a accueillie à l'arrivée. Beaucoup de poussière portes, aspirateur, douche avec traces de calcaire et savon sur les vitres, terrasse pas propre et meubles de jardin entassés, pas nettoyés. J'ai dû demander, le lendemain, à ce que ce soit fait. Mauvaise volonté des responsables de l'accueil qui niaient l'évidence. Par contre, très bon contact avec la propriétaire, personne correcte et soucieuse des problèmes rencontrés. La maison est moderne mais les surfaces sont mal réparties, télévision au premier et pas de véritable canapé mais deux lits 1 personne. Séjour gâché par l'équipe d'accueil.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est très fonctionnelle, joliment décorée avec soin, le linge de lit et serviettes de toilettes sont fournies, la maison est presque entièrement climatisée, WIFI fonctionne à merveille. Le petit jardin ombragé est une cerise sur le gâteau ! Entièrement clôturé, mon chat était ravi. La plage n'est pas trop loin à pieds, mais le mieux c'est de prévoir des vélos, car il y a beaucoup de monde en août et la circulation en voiture devient vite agaçante. Nous reviendrons probablement avec un grand plaisir ! Un grand MERCI à Nancy la personne qui nous a accueillie, très sympathique et disponible. A très vite!

La maison est idéalement placée à mi chemin entre la plage et le cœur de ville. Tout est accessible à pied, la voiture reste au parking !! L’aménagement de la maison est parfait, rien ne manque pour passer 1 agréable séjour.
