"What a Gem this place is! We stayed 2 nights, and that was no way near long enough. What a beautiful house in a beautiful spot. "The place was excellent with plenty of open kitchen & dining space as well as more private spots to read a book or chill out. In terms of location its absolutely perfect. The house is barely 2 minutes walk from the beach and fronts onto a walking trail leading to a local reserve. There's an outdoor shower which is great for containing the beach mess if you have a large group. Black Point is great for paddleboarding and was only 30 min drive from Watsacowie Brewery in Minlaton. The only downside is that the outside porch could have been cleaner when we arrived but compared to the many upsides, this was very easy to look past. Would stay again in a heartbeat."

"Toilet plumbing needs to be addressed .As major problem with blockages downstairs put a dampner on our holiday as we had eight people needing to use toilet and shower and couldnt use for two days."
