「The property was not as described, much older and different from the pics

「First, Caroline (on-site supervisor) couldn’t have been more kind and attentive.
The unit was very basic accommodations, like a budget hotel. Specifically, beds are on the lower quality end, to the extent that one of them had to be modified with extra comforters.
