The window on the castle

Portion of farmhouse immersed in the Tuscan countryside, but a few steps from the town center. The panoramic view overlooks the Aldobrandesco castle of Arcidosso. The house is located on the border between the Val d'Orcia, an area renowned for the presence of the Crete Senesi and centers of great interest such as Pienza and Montalcino, and the Maremma, known for the extensive countryside that extends to the Tyrrhenian sea. The house develops on one floor. The front door leads to the living area equipped with a wood stove, TV, comfortable armchair and sofa which can become a very comfortable double bed. To the left is the bathroom with large shower, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Finally the finely furnished kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, toaster, kettle, static / fan oven and coffee maker. The kitchen has an exit to the outside, from where you can easily reach the garden and the panoramic terrace, an ideal place for an aperitif at sunset, a dinner under the stars or even for relaxing in the sun on a comfortable deck chair

Abseits vom Trubel mit tollem Ausblick

Die Unterkunft ist wie angegeben. Der Check-In war dank der freundlichen Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, der Weg dorthin allerdings für Ungeübte zu Fuß etwas anstrengend. In der Umgebung gibt es einiges zu

Arcidosso, Hanglage

Moderne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Gartenanteil in dem sich eine erhöhte Terrasse befindet von der aus man einen grandiosen Blick auf die Stadt und die Umgebung genießen kann. Sitzmöglichkeit auch am Haus in bequemen Korbstühlen mit Blick auf den Garten und Nebengebäude. Sehr gut ausgestattete Einbauküche mit sehr viel Platz. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr umfangreich ausgestattet von Nespresso-Maschine bis Backformen, Küchenmaschine und Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und Trockner und vieles mehr. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass eine Teekanne vorhanden war. Sie fehlt in den meisten Ferienwohnungen. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, aber ausreichend - sonst sind Wohnraum und Küche mit Esstisch großzügig geschnitten. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Schlafsofa. Insgesamt sehr sauber. Wir kamen bei hohen Temparaturen an und freuten uns über die Kühle der Wohnung. Das Gebäude besteht aus drei Wohneinheiten: der Nachbar im Doppelhaus war in drei Wochen nur einen halben Tag anwesend, der Bewohner der Wohnung über uns war tagsüber häufig abwesend, sonst aber freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhige und ländliche Umgebung.In der Dämmerung konnten wir manchmal Wildschweine auf dem Nachbargrundstück beobachten. Die Zufahrt auf dem Grundstück ist recht steil, ist aber zu meistern. Für tiefergelegte Autos abzuraten. Heizung bzw. Warmwasser erfolgen über eine Pellet-Heizung, die alle zwei Tage gefüttert werden muss.

Un séjour au calme et au frais à proximité des cités médiévales et de la forêt

Rez-de-chaussée d'une maison ancienne en surplomb de la cité d'Arcidosso, d'où émergent les tours du château, prolongé par un jardin et une pergola. L'aménagement est récent, pratique et réalisé avec goût, de la salle d'eau à la cuisine-séjour. C'est un lieu calme, qui a aussi l'avantage d'être frais lors des chaleurs d'été. Toutes les commodités attendues sont présentes, wifi, machine à laver, grille-pain, etc. Emanuele et Federica, venus nous accueillir et nous saluer à notre départ, sont aimables et attentionnés. Ce fut un séjour d'une semaine parfait, à l'écart des grandes villes touristiques : chemins de randonnée du monte Amiata, cités et églises d'époque médiévale, notamment celle de Santa Fiora (superbes della Robbia), cités de Massa Maritima (belle façade du duomo) et d'Orvieto (façade somptueuse du duomo et chapelle aux fresques apocalyptiques de Luca Signorelli), abbaye de monte Oliveto Maggiore (avec son cloître aux fresques virtuoses de Sodoma et de Signorelli), et, ici et là, des tombes d'époque étrusque. À quoi s'ajoutent les paysages aux courbes douces et colorées du sud de la Toscane.

Schön gelegen in der südlichen Toskana

Von dem oberhalb des Ortes gelegenen Haus aus hat man einen guten Überblick über Arcidosso, es ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hell, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch der Außenbereich ist gut nutzbar - sofern das Wetter es zulässt. Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich.

Super Wohnung, Tolle Aussicht, Gute Basis für Tagestouren

Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!Alles vorhanden was für ein längeren Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Große Wohnung Große Terrasse und Garten mit super Aussicht. Die Bilder haben das wiedergeben was man gesehen hat. Einfach Super!!!
