"I had a corner room and the hotel was exceptional, per usual. Easy parking. Friendly hotel staff. Only issue was it was a solo trip, and I had planned on being lazy but the tv was barley connect to the remote so that made it difficult. But I did like the Bluetooth speaker "

"Really decent stay. Not bad at all. I was told that breakfast was in the morning, i didn't know that you had to pay $15.99, because that wasn't mentioned at the front desk. I thought it was complementary. Key didn’t work for the gym, even after the man readjusted it. Other than that, it was a good stay."

"This must have been a grand hotel once. It is long in the tooth and in need of a renovation. Besides the wall-mounted body wash and shampoo, there were no other bathroom amenities. We stayed for three nights, and room service was hit-or-miss. Very haphazard refreshes. We didn't get the washcloths returned, and the towels felt like sandpaper. The coffee station wasnt replenished either. They just dropped towels and made the bed. Broken security locks and worn out furnature. The one plus is the proximity to the airport. The $10-a-night parking fee was ridiculous. To top it off, there was a conference with hundreds of screaming teenagers. I wish I had known about that in advance. I would have stayed elsewhere. "

"We had to move from another hotel to the Hawthorn inn due to horrible conditions at the first hotel. The Hawthorn was night and day difference! So clean and safe feeling, and very convenient while traveling with two small dogs. Staff was friendly, rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and it was very convenient to downtown. "
