"Clean room, friendly staff "

"Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the Konzerthaus where I attended two concerts. Location was very convenient to many restaurants, tourist attractions and public transportation."

"Great hotel, i got the room with city view, tidy, well designed, of course the first day i did not have slippers and tooth kit but they took care of it on the 2nd day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is ALDI 5 minutes of walk works till 8pm only. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Vienna. Opera house 4 km away. Has a smoking yard in the 1st floor. "

"The staff was really nice and accommodating. They refrigerated things for us and they also had an apple tv that we were able to watch Netflix on! They also cleaned the room really nicely. Overall the property had a cool relaxed vibe to it which was also really nice. Perfect place to spend the holidays!"
