The ground floor comprises a dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, leading to a large living room with a closed fireplace, and a separate toilet in the utility room.

The first floor is divided into two independent units, each containing two bedrooms, for a total of three bedrooms with one double bed (140cm) each and one bedroom with two single beds (90cm). There is a shower room and a toilet on each side.
