Downside is the staff at the bar outside (which I think is not technically owned by the hotel, but is their main eating area) were not helpful. "Absolutely beautiful property with amazing, helpful staff. It is very close to the city but not right in the center (a short 5-minute drive). We actually preferred this. It really was a little bittersweet to leave. We will stay there again."

"Excellent place to stay, very convenient"

"The hotel was very nice. Located in the heart of shopping district. And an easy walk to the Caldea Spa. The room was very clean and had all the amenities. Staff was helpful and the beds were very comfortable. All good and nice place to stay in Andorra."

"Excellent location y staff "

"An excellent summer getaway in the Pyrenees mountains — perfect for stargazing and relaxing near streams and natural water fountains. Just a 20-minute drive from Andorra town centre on the Spanish side. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delightful."
