Same sheet for an entire week. No bathroom cleaning. Some days, no bath towels. Mold in the wall. Sewage smell. Pothole at the entrance. Dead bird for 3 days at the entrance. Staff more worried about their cell phone than serving the guests.

Não recomendo. Banheiro sem box e cifão da pia com vazamento que inundava o banheiro, cortinas sujas, camareira não limpava o quarto, e não tem estacionamento.

Pena que o Banheiro não tem box

O atendimento dos funcionários foi bom. Funcionários educados, receptivos e acolhedores. Porém, o banheiro muito ruim, sem box, o que não permite o aproveitamento da ducha, pois a força da água do chuveiro faz com que todo o banheiro molhe. Tomei banho com a ducha de mão. Senti falta de um espelho e um cesto de lixo no quarto.Banheiro muito pequeno. Quarto com janelas mofadas e vista muito ruim, da janela.No entanto, a construção é nova, o café da manhã bem gostoso, com bastante itens.E a localização do hotel muito boa.

O quarto cheira a mofo, os travesseiros tem cheiro de suor e o banheiro tem bolor no box. A cama Queen do anúncio não existe, o colchão que está na cama é 15 cm menor que o box. Horrível. A única coisa boa é a educação do atendente.

Bom hotel. Na cozinha e local de refeição dos funcionários o pessoal fala muito alto pela manhã. Quem está no salão do café fica sabendo da vida de todas elas. Não é legal. Café da manhã é para acordar bem.

Araguari merece um bom hotel

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, é limpo, tem camas confortáveis, um café da manhã razoável e um staff atencioso. Contudo, peca por fazer umas economias de mixarias que acabam comprometendo a qualidade do serviço como um todo. Por exemplo, a organização dos quartos, que são pequenos, foi muito mal feita. Há apenas duas tomadas: uma bem junto ao colchão, junto da cabeça (não recomendo dormir de cabelo molhado) e outra escondida atrás da cortina da janela. Bem em cima do colchão, na altura da cabeça, também fica a luminária de cabeceira, cuidado para não bater nela durante o sono. No meu quarto, o box do banheiro era em L porque havia um pilar lá dentro. Uma pessoa mais forte ou gorda não conseguiria entrar ali. Por fim, o hotel economizava no rechaud para manter aquecido os ovos mexidos e a salsicha do café da manhã. Isso sem contar, é claro, com o bizarro e anti higiênico (cadê a Vigilância Sanitária nessas horas?) pote de manteiga comunitário.

Hotel novo. Precisa de um profissional em hotelaria para gerenciar os serviços. Por exemplo: não tinha papel higiênico no quarto, na chegada; o pessoal da recepção não usa muito o sorriso; o pessoal da cozinha falam extremamente alto no café da manhã. Falta capacitação aos profissionais.
