"Our experience at Sansal Boutique Hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The team supported us even before we arrived and continued to go above and beyond throughout our entire stay. The staff were truly out of this world; a special thank you to Alexia and Renata! Their energy, attentiveness, and genuine care were 5-star in every way. The reception team were always so helpful, assisting us with restaurant recommendations and arranging our laundry seamlessly. On the morning of our departure, they kindly prepared breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. A huge thank you to Renata for surprising us with an upgraded room with a beautiful ocean view — waking up to that view each day was simply amazing and made our stay even more special. I also have to mention the fantastic breakfast team. They freshly prepare your eggs exactly to your preference, and the quality and variety of options available each morning were excellent. Everything about the hotel was amazing, and I can’t forget the wonderful housekeeping team who kept everything spotless. I could go on all day! We will definitely be returning. I consider myself a local now haha. Thank you again for such an unforgettable stay!"

"My partner and I stayed at this beautiful family-owned hotel. We were impressed by the beautiful views from the balcony of our apartment and by the hotel itself. The apartment consisted of a large bedroom, living room / kitchen and bathroom with a balcony overlooking an inlet of the sea. As a family-owned hotel, it was lovely to meet them all and to be treated with such welcoming kindness. In the evenings, we were often somewhere on the island but if we were at the hotel, they shared their family evening meal, which was always delicious. We felt like we were at home. The rooms were cleaned daily except Sundays and were immaculate. "

"Our go-to hotel for stays in Chania; well maintained hotel with comfortable clean rooms, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast service with eggs etc cooked to order as well as an excellent cold buffet selection. "

"Wonderful property with incredibly helpful staff. We arrived before check in time but they greeted us warmly. Our original room had stairs which might be difficult for us to navigate at night so they changed our room. The new room wasn't immediately available but they quickly finished the cleaning for us. We had lots of questions and they had lots of answers about things to do and places to go. We were told that if we needed reservations for a restaurant, they could help and we'd be treated well. So true. The reservations they made yielded incredible service and generous extras. Breakfast was wonderful and served in the beautiful courtyard. The biggest challenge was noisy neighbors but the windows were soundproof so we slept well. "
