Huge resort with various activities. Pools are big covenient, even if the resort is full, you dont really feel it. We took half board and had lunch (and beer) by the pool everyday, prices were reasonable for such a luxurious resort. Some more food options for children by the pool could be a thing for improvement. Everywhere was perfectly clean. Staff is one of the most wonderful parts; all was amazing. Even the lady -whose name i shamefully dont remember- greeting at the door of the food hall (for breakfast and dinner) started remembering us and our daughters name - when the resort was full!!! During the day and every night they have activities for kids. While walking around we saw an amphitheather which was not being used during the time we stayed and shows were done in the common area. Highly recommended

Isolation camp/ beautiful open prison!! Its quiet and clean in general, great landscape and beautiful swimming pools. However, its isolated at a far end of the city with no shopping or restaurants in the area beyond its walls. You are forced to relay on their overpriced in-house stores with limited brands and items. You need to pass security checkpoints to even get to the area, then another one to get pass the gate and another with metal detectors to get inside. You get the feeling of being watched on every move, warnings of stealing items and overcharging all the time including changing your room thermostat!!! Long list of items you can't bring in. We had to keep most of our shopping to items that wont get bad if left in the car with 110+ degree temperatures. You get the feeling of big brother watching and staff keeping an eye all the time. Unless you keep a "do not disturb" tag on the door they tend to give themselves permission to access your room when you are gone. I wouldn't recommend using the place for sleep but maybe other options of facilities access for a fee that you just pay to spend the day only. Porch door is a fight to open and close.

The food was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and professional — especially Ega from the restaurant and Maryam at reception. I would also like to highlight Star Tabarak, who works in the PlayStation area. My kids absolutely fell in love with her — she is truly magnificent, knowledgeable, and caring.

Excellent choice for families. Real oasis in the middle of a desert. Plenty of pools to relax and swim. Very friendly and helpful staff that make sure you enjoy your stay.
