Worst hotel experience ever. If I could give negative stars, I would. The staff were some of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. There was absolutely no respect for guests. The room was never properly cleaned, and the food was something else—in the worst possible way. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. I would never come back to this hotel, even if they offered me a free room for life.

Honestly, it was not worth the money. The hotel was great, and beautiful, but not worth the money at all. The hotel was empty and didn’t have people stay in it, yet very expensive for a low demand season, and not the very best breakfast options.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service was truly exceptional. At first, I had a few comments about the room, so I informed the reception team. They responded immediately, came to the room, and took care of everything with great attention to detail. The hotel is very family-friendly, the food is delicious, and all the staff are welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. My only comment is that the shisha was not very good and could be improved.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Tala Bay Aqaba. A special thank you to Mustafa from the front desk team, who kindly upgraded us to a great room and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We also want to recognize the lifeguard team for their professionalism and quick response. My son was playing in the deeper water and is a good swimmer, but another child accidentally pulled him from behind, causing him to struggle. The lifeguard reacted instantly, jumping in and assisting him within seconds. His attentiveness and fast action gave us tremendous peace of mind. Excellent service, great staff, and a memorable experience all around. Thank you to the entire team!

Had 2 family rooms next to each other ground level facing the pool for 6 family members and we couldn’t ask for a better stay. We went by what the front desk person advised and she took the time to talk us through it and show us the rooms from the terrace. The hotel was full but yet you don’t feel it as so many pools and the beach and the water sports pier We stayed 3 days 2 nights and kids wanted to stay longer. The highlight of our stay are the staff so helpful and kind and hope to come back again

Was on a one night getaway including breakfast. This beachfront resort is the ultimate choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Lots of options for pools including a heated pool and a jacuzzi. You can see some corals just a couple of feet off the beach. Didn't try the spa or the playstation room, and they seemed to have many choices there. Staff are really nice. Was there first week of April - not crowded or obvious reasons. Glad about the timing, the foot traffic will surely pick up given the optimistic regional situation. The weather was perfect and the shallow water warmed up for a nice swim by early afternoon. Will wait for cold spill to go there again. since my last time staying here, they've installed shades in the car parking which is a real plus if you're driving in the heat of Aqaba

Very kind staff and beautiful, clean hotel. Delicious breakfast and diner buffet - combination of local and continental dishes. Good and well equipped Snorkling and diving center. Not all pools were open but there were 2 heated pools and 1 normal temperature pool. So still high value for money.

The food was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and professional — especially Ega from the restaurant and Maryam at reception. I would also like to highlight Star Tabarak, who works in the PlayStation area. My kids absolutely fell in love with her — she is truly magnificent, knowledgeable, and caring.

Isolation camp/ beautiful open prison!! Its quiet and clean in general, great landscape and beautiful swimming pools. However, its isolated at a far end of the city with no shopping or restaurants in the area beyond its walls. You are forced to relay on their overpriced in-house stores with limited brands and items. You need to pass security checkpoints to even get to the area, then another one to get pass the gate and another with metal detectors to get inside. You get the feeling of being watched on every move, warnings of stealing items and overcharging all the time including changing your room thermostat!!! Long list of items you can't bring in. We had to keep most of our shopping to items that wont get bad if left in the car with 110+ degree temperatures. You get the feeling of big brother watching and staff keeping an eye all the time. Unless you keep a "do not disturb" tag on the door they tend to give themselves permission to access your room when you are gone. I wouldn't recommend using the place for sleep but maybe other options of facilities access for a fee that you just pay to spend the day only. Porch door is a fight to open and close.
