船の揺れが酷かった。
カスタマーセンターの対応が最低です。何度メールにて連絡するも返答はありません。 ホテルから来たメールに返信したメールの返信がなかったのです。 ホテルズドットコムにその旨を伝えた後にようやくメールがありました。 ホテルは、1月2月は風が強い時期みたいで行きのボートが凄く揺れ、ボート内もガソリン臭く生まれて初めて酔いました。 アクティビティも強風でクローズも多いです。 料理は朝昼晩ビュッフェでした。飽きます。 海は凄く綺麗でハウスリーフでも海亀も見れサンゴも綺麗でした。 ダイビングでは沈没船なども見れ、ダイビングスポットも周囲に色々とあるようでした。 サービスは人により差があります。 一流とは言い難いサービスではあります。 エルニドは今回で2回目ですので、少し遠いアプリットにしましたが、 今後はエルニドに近い1島リゾートホテルを選択します。 ホテルに行く時間がかかりすぎますし、行く過程のワクワクや楽しみはゼロです。 そしてカスタマーセンターの対応を考えると、エルニドリゾートのホテルは選択するとことはないでしょう。

・エルニドの空港到着時に迎えに来てもらう手配をしていたが、迎えを忘れていたようで空港の従業員が連絡を取ってくれた。結局30分ほど空調のない空港の到着口で待たされたが謝罪なし。 ・アクティビティでビーチに忘れ物をしたので翌日そこに行ったら持ってくるよう2回お願いしたが何の連絡もなし。こちらから確認したたらなかったという明らかな嘘をつかれた。 ・当初従業員から聞かされいたチェックアウトの時間と朝手紙が置かれていてそこに記載されたチェックアウトの時間が異なっていた。手紙記載されていた時間では明らかに昼食がとれない時間であり、こちらから早めにチェックアウトを申し出ることに。 ・総じて従業員の愛想はよく親切ですが、表面上に過ぎないと思いますので気をつけて下さい。 ・ホテルの雰囲気やアクティビティで行くシュノーケリングスポットは素晴らしいですが、経験上間違いなくストレスを感じることになるのでリピートするかと言われたらしないでしょう。

3泊4日の日程でクラークから行きました。 前案内どおりEl Nido空港から車で90分、Taytay港から船で50分程掛かり、遠いなあという印象でしたが、着いた後はまさに天国でした。 施設はよく整備されており快適ですし、従業員も到着から出発まで常に笑顔で非常に気持ちよく過ごせました。 有料のアイランドポッピングをしましたが、無人島でのスノーケリングでは見たことも無いような珊瑚のジャングルを見れ、また別の無人島では二人だけの為に椰子の木の木陰に専用のテーブルが用意され、特別に用意された昼食を取ることができました。 特段不満はありませんが、強いて挙げるとしたら、浴槽が無いこと、シャワーのお湯がぬるいことくらいです。 でもそれも素晴らしい環境と相殺されて、気になりませんでした。

ライトブルーの海の上のウォーターコテージ
海が素晴らしく綺麗でした。 離島なので 限られたものしか入れない為、治安もよく、スタッフもいつも笑顔で、挨拶は欠かさずにしてくれる。 とても居心地が良かったです。 ただ、クーラーの効きが悪いのと、製氷機が壊れたと言う事で氷がなかったのが、辛かったです。 海もプールも暖かい為、昼は熱中症に要注意です。

とても綺麗な海。素晴らしいスタッフ。
自然環境：素晴らしい海でした。確かにアクセスは悪いですが、人里離れているからこそ保たれているのだと思います。 スタッフの接客：素晴らしかった。常に笑顔でおもてなし精神があふれていました。スペシャルディナーをお願いしたのですが手作り感満載でとても心のこもったもので感激しました。 料理：可もなく不可もなくでしょうか。今回４泊５日の利用でしたがあまり長いと飽きが来るかもしれません。オムレツは美味しかった。 設備：老朽感は否めません。特に寝室のエアコンは音がとても大きくて寝づらかったです。部屋はファミリータイプですが広さは十分、部屋から直接海に入れたのがgoodでした。 今回お気に入りのサングラスを滞在中に紛失してしまい、素晴らしい思い出に少し翳りを落としました。でももし見つかったら連絡していただけるとのことで期待しています。

綺麗な海と青い空。 どこで泳いでもカラフルな魚たちに出会えます。陸上でも、鳥やリスに簡単に会えます。 部屋も清潔でベランダではくつろぎながら海を眺められるのでバカンスにはかなり良いと思います。 たまたまかもしれませんが、海の中でかなり肌にチクチク感があり、翌日には蚊に刺されたようなあとが大量に残りました。 なんかの海中生物or虫にやられたのでしょうか？ 高級リゾートではありますが、日本の至れり尽くせり感をイメージすると、期待外れに感じるかも。 南国リゾートですから。

手軽に、海が楽しめる。
バルコニーからの眺めが最高です。 すぐ下に、サンゴ礁があり、時間帯でいろんな魚が沢山見れます。 透明度が高いのでバルコニーからニモまで観察できます。 そして、部屋からすぐにシュノーケリングまで出来る。 その他にもハイキング、ロッククライミング、アイランドホッピング等沢山のアクティビティも無料で出来ますので長期滞在でも飽きが来なく楽しめました。

Gorgeous island and a 5 star property. The advantage of this side of El Nido (Taytay) is that there are no other resorts in the area. You are always alone on trips to small islands or diving. Water activities are easy, such as snorkelling, diving, kayaking, paddleboarding. There are also many on land activities, such as hiking, rock climbing. We stayed in the loft unit area. It was a nice run in the morning along the shoreline and into the west beach. The beach is deserted, just you and the nature.

The resort is beautiful. It is very quiet so it is perfect for some R and R. It also offers a variety of activities so your days can also be quite full if you choose. Everything is perfect in Apulit. If there is anything, the food needs to be improved. The quality is there, it is the cooking talent that needs to be worked on. The transfer the island is long and the waters can be choppy. Potential guests should know this

Apulit was beautiful! The staff were so friendly and very helpful. My husband had an ear infection while there and the Resort doctor, Dr Ina was so helpful with his ear issue. We enjoyed Chef James choice of food. The food was amazing and since I’m a vegetarian, there were so many choices for me. Jeff and the staff during our dining were so nice and helpful. We didn’t have any issues at all with the dining experience. I had never paddle boarded before and Raul was so helpful in getting me started with the activity. Overall, it was a great experience! We hope to go back soon!

זוג בירח דבש. המלון נמצא על אי בודד, השהות כוללת 3 ארוחות ביום במסעדת המלון. פחות התחברנו לאוכל הפיליפיני והשף קלט את זה ופשוט דאג לנו תמיד שיהיה לנו מה לאכול- אם זה להכין לנו דגים בנייר כסף או להכין פסטה במיוחד בשבילנו. המלון יפהפה. כל החדרים נמצאים על המים אך רק הלופטים בעלי 2 הקומות הם אלה עם הגישה הישירה למים. יש המון אטרקציות שהמלון מציע בחינם וגם בתשלום. הצוות כל כך אדיב ונחמד. רוצים לציין במיוחד את מיגל וראול מהצוות- זכרו אותנו לאורך כל השהות והתעניינו, דיברו, עזרו והמליצו בנוגע לאיים הבאים שנגיע אליהם בטיול. Miguel & Raul you are the best!!!!!!! We appreciate everything ❤️

舒服放鬆的世外桃源
環境很不錯，不過因為在熱帶地區的小島上，所以會有蚊蟲，建議要帶防蚊噴霧，沒帶的話島上也有販賣。這幾天覺得最舒服的是resort的服務人員都非常友善，每個人看起來都很開心的樣子，也都很開心的跟遊客打招呼。 水源的部分由於好像是使用海水淡化系統，若腸胃較弱的人記得要買礦泉水(島上有賣)以及盡量不吃生冷的食物，提供參考。

Enttäuschung
Wir haben uns auf ein Luxusresort gefreut, aber Apulit Island Resort war eine ziemliche Enttäuschung, die wir bestenfalls als Mittelklasse bewerten - und das rechtfertigt den hohen Preis keinesfalls. Die Zimmereinrichtung war einfach, die Betten steinhart ohne Lattenrost. Die Dusche hatte nur für eine Minute warmes Wasser, das Waschbecken einen dicken, schwarzen Schimmelrand. Für die Strandliegen gab es keine Auflagen, und nach zumindest Handtüchern musste man selbst auf die Suche gehen. Als Draufgabe ist der Strand bei Ebbe für mehrere Stunden nur eine graue Steinwüste. Das Buffet war reichhaltig, aber vornehmlich für Fleischesser ausgerichtet, es gab kaum Fisch. Insgesamt scheint die Anlage ihre goldenen Zeiten hinter sich gelassen zu haben.

True escape
Everything about the resort is very good. The staff was very welcoming. Service was friendly without being too much. The resort was full when we were there but you wont feel it at all. The island was of course very beautiful and quiet.

I had an amazing experience at Apulit Island. It's on a private island of Apulit, which is self sustaining and protects the animals on the island. Everything you need is on the island including a 24/7 doctor. The staff there are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Every meal is delicious! My experience here was absolutely phenomenal 10/10. The daily activities are incredible. There is never a dull moment on the island. Peaceful and relaxing. They assisted us everything under the sun. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was just amazing
We really had a pleasant stay. Everything is here! Full board meals, friendly staff, convenient, lovely place, complimentary tours and activities. Everything was just so perfect. We enjoyed a lot! Thank you Apulit Island and to all the staff! We really had a great time and memorable stay!

Perfect Getaway..................
Perfect getaway for relaxation and enjoying nature at it's core......... you have the perfect beaches...white sand, blue water, calm and clear for swimming and boating/kayaking. Beautiful coral reef for snorkeling and diving and jungle/forest for hiking or cave exploration.........I wish I can stay forever :-)

Adventure and Relaxation!
Excellent resort! Beautiful remote island with plenty of outdoor water activities and excellent reefs for snorkeling. Water is crystal clear and pristine! Great balance of activities and relaxation. Rock climbing and rappelling is a must do! Also, one of the best massages I've received at their Spa. Service was excellent and at the end of the trip we felt like family! I would definitely recommend to friends and family and would love to return again!

Unvergessliche Tage auf Apulit
Wir haben das Apulit Island Resort bewusst nach intensivem vorigen Island Shopping auf den Philippinen gewählt um ein paar ruhige und entspannende Tage auf einem Ort zu verbringen und sind VOLL auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Das Resort ist einfach malerisch und bietet ideale Möglichkeiten die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Neben wunderschönen Schnorchelmöglichkeiten - wir haben von Schildkröten, Rochen und wunderschönen Fischen/Korallen auch sog. "Baby-Sharks" gesehen - bietet das Team auch andere sehr aufregende Freizeitbeschäftigungen an. Service und Essen ist einfach klasse. Die Zimmer sind super modern und sehr sehr sauber. Außerdem werden die Zimmer (sofern man das möchte) mehrmals am Tag gereinigt. Wir haben die Tage in dem Resort perfekt genossen und waren fast traurig, nicht einen längeren Aufenthalt dort geplant zu haben. Demnach empfehlen wir das Resort mit bestem Gewissen weiter. Einfach ein toller Aufenthalt dort.

Amazing Honeymoon
We spent an amazing 8 nights here for our honeymoon and were blown away by the staff and the resort. It is truly amazing and so beautiful. The snorkeling is great and this can be done right from the beach or the deluxe water cottages. Will definitely visit again

This place is just amazing, i know it on the high end but it is worth every penny. The staff is accomodating and nice....highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again.
