SevenTwenty features in-floor radiant heating, a modern Rumford fireplace, spit level AC units for exceptional all house cooling, luxurious linens, and super-comfy beds. We enjoy showcasing its cozy outdoor entertainment and living spaces, which include a front porch lounge, a private balcony off the Master and a large back yard with a Mid-century fireplace, cushy lawn furniture, Acorn smoker/grill and hot tub!
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you might need to cook a gourmet meal with a chef style gas range and convection oven, large island prep surface that seats four and an expandable dining table that seats eight. We encourage you to make the most of your stay by taking advantage of its well-equipped kitchen and engaging entertainment spaces. We offer a small variety of complimentary coffee, refreshments and treats from our favorite local purveyors.
SevenTwenty is safe and secure. The front and back doors feature keyless entry locks and you will find other safety features incorporated throughout. We've taken the liberty of clearly labeling safety features(first aid kit, fire extinguishers, safe) and other things to ensure your stay is as convenient and worry free as possible.
SevenTwenty has three bedrooms with four beds and a futon, two full bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps eight with the capacity for 10. TVs in each room as well as the main living room are paired with streaming devices providing guests with free access to Netflix, Sling (live TV) and AppleTV. Along with a solid wi-fi signal you'll discover many USB equipped outlets throughout and a dedicated charging station in the kitchen. We provide a pack-and-play for those traveling with small children. Please let us know if there is anything else we can provide to make your stay more comfortable!
We are very deliberate in the choices we made for our consumables, right down to the rolls of treeless toilet paper. We have a goal of generating limited waste and it's the reason why you will find premium eco-friendly soap and lotion (in refillable hand pumps), cleaning and laundry supplies, personal care amenity kits and many other environmentally conscience products in and around the house. We know our guests will appreciate our conscience consumption approach and will help keep our volume of unnecessary waste to a minimum.
Appleton has much to offer for local arts and entertainment, with many live music events, theaters, galleries, walking/bike paths, fine dining opportunities and so much more. SevenTwenty is situated in a quiet neighborhood with numerous community parks nearby and you are just a few minutes' walk to the Downtown District. We share our personal recommendations for local attractions, dining establishments, as well as our favorite off-the-beaten-path sight-seeing opportunities.
