Welcome to the Fox Valley Family Den. This spacious ranch home sits in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, with room for up to 6 guests and quick access to shopping, dining, parks.



All three bedrooms and the full bathroom are on the main floor, which makes the home comfortable and convenient for families. Cozy finished lower level has a TV, rec space and a half bath. Out back, the private yard has a picnic table and gas grill. With smart lock entry, a detached garage and extra driveway parking,



The Space:

This comfortable ranch home has an open, functional layout that works well for families, business travelers and small groups.



Everything you need is on the main floor. The king bedroom, the queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a twin daybed and twin trundle sleep up to six guests. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower, so you can settle in without climbing stairs.



The finished lower level is a cozy spot to relax, with a TV and rec space for movie nights or downtime. A half bath down there adds convenience.



Outside, the spacious yard has a picnic table for outdoor meals and a gas grill for cookouts. The detached garage is available for guest use, and there's extra parking in the driveway.



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours during your stay, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the main living area, the finished lower level, the backyard, the detached garage and the driveway.



This is a self-check-in property with smart lock entry, and every reservation gets its own access code. Your check-in instructions and code will come through Breezeway before you arrive.



Please make yourself at home, and respect any locked doors, storage areas or spaces marked private.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits in a peaceful residential neighborhood with easy access to Highway 41, so it's simple to get around the Fox Valley.



You're just minutes from downtown Appleton, where College Avenue is lined with restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and entertainment. The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center hosts Broadway shows, concerts and comedy, and Lawrence University is a short drive away. On Saturday mornings in season, the Downtown Appleton Farmers Market fills College Avenue.



Grocery stores, Target, Costco and other everyday stops are close by, and the Fox River Mall and nearby shopping districts are a quick drive. Local parks and walking trails are nearby for time outside.



Getting Around:

Uber, Lyft and local taxis are available for trips around the Fox Valley. It can take longer to get a ride late at night, during big events or in winter weather, so we suggest booking a little early. Valley Transit city buses also serve the area.



The neighborhood is great for walking, running or biking, and Highway 41 makes it easy to drive anywhere in the Fox Cities. The detached garage and driveway give you plenty of room to park.



Other Things to Note:

All bedrooms and the full bathroom are on the main floor. The TV area and half bath are on the lower level, which you reach by stairs.



The yard is not fully fenced, so please keep an eye on children and pets while they're outside.



Please use the gas grill with care. Never leave it unattended, and let it cool completely after use.



The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please be considerate of the neighbors, especially outdoors and after 10:00 PM.



Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. If we find signs of smoking or vaping, a $250 fine will be charged. Parties and events are also not allowed.



If you notice any damage or maintenance problems, please message us through Breezeway right away so we can fix them.
