You will absolutely love this house. Here's why...

Main floor features hardwood floors, spacious living room with lots of natural light, arched entry to formal dining space with plenty of seating. The updated kitchen has appliances, an abundance of cabinetry & center island. A nicely enclosed front porch to enjoy & useful back foyer. Upper level features two nice-sized bedrooms & an oversized full bathroom

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house. The garage is NOT accessible unless you are staying longer than 1 month.

The Neighborhood:
Well established quiet neighborhood. You can walk to downtown in about 15 minutes (or drive there in 3-5) and enjoy a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, and a fantastic performing arts center. Lawrence University is also close, being just at the edge of downtown.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are always available, and the city is easy to navigate by car.

Interaction with Guests:
We give you your space while you enjoy our space. You will have the house completely to yourself, and we are just a text or phone call away if something should come up.
