Wedding Guest Weekend

Check in was easy. Parking was a little odd at first but there was plenty of room for two cars. Window units struggled a bit to keep up— there was not a unit in the main bedroom so we slept with the door open to the living room to keep air circulating. Kids slept upstairs and they were fine. Overall, great space for our needs.

Lovely house on the main drag through Appleton! Full of bustle and walkable access to dozens of bars and Lawrence University. Nice walkable neighborhoods, convenient to the Appleton International Airport with all of the sights and sounds of a busy midwestern town. House was comfortable and clean with everything we needed for the 4 days we stayed. Enjoyed our stay.

Very good experience

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family over Christmas.The house was tastefully furnished and clean, well supplied with essentials.Only negative was a very loose back door railing which possed a safety issue with the snow and ice on those days.

Location is superior and it was everything that was advertised. We live in Appleton and got this house for friends who came to town. Will definitely recommend and/or rent again the next time we have guests .....

Lovely Home; Exceptional Host

Amazing property right near college campus.

Beautiful home, perfect for our family when we are in Appleton. Located just a block or two away from the heart of downtown Appleton, in the beautiful historic residential area near the Fox River.

Great house

Had a great stay here. Daniel was super responsive and made everything great. I would definitely stay here again. Everything we needed and properly cleaned. A couple of small notes - while the location on College Ave is convenient to getting to the highway, there was some traffic noise. A sound machine helped so wasn't really an issue for me. It's a remodeled older home so the stairs leading upstairs are a bit steep - so we just had to be a little extra careful going up and down. Again, nothing that would stop me from staying here again.

Appleton music Fest

Great property. Fantastic location. Hosts were fantastic. The only challenge was temperature control in bedrooms. But, we were still really happy with the place. We would stay there again.

Beautiful historic home near all

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Appleton and couldn’t be happier with our host and home away from home. Ideal for families - our three teens “took over” upstairs while we enjoyed peace downstairs. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Impeccably clean. In walking distance to town and Lawrence U. We will definitely stay again if we visit WS in the future. Also easy day trip to Green Bay where you must eat at Booyah!
