Malo Pearla,Good to hear we did do some things right by you like the delicious breakfast and friendly staff.However I would just point out a couple of things please - It is common practice in hotels to use the split twin bed system for versatility, in most rooms to accommodate large numbers if necessary. But we also have rooms with a full kingsize mattress and base if requested. -You should make the most of the receptionist services when you are unhappy or concerned about any of the room issues. Unfortunately, you didn't allow us to help you.-Even though rooms are fully screened for insects, sometimes having a door left open for a few minutes whilst you dart to the car could bring in mosquitoes etc. All you had to do was bring it up with our friendly staff, and they could have changed your room for you (subject to availability), sprayed your room while you were out, changed the bulb etc.We try our best to keep everything just right for our guests, but a bulb blowout after housekeeping checks can't be fixed till you tell us.-I have also checked with reception and you never raised any issues even at check out. Please help us help you.

Hi Antonia,Perhaps there has been some miscommunication as we offer continental breakfast which includes 2eggs as you like and toast, tropical fruits, freshly blended fruit smoothies and weetbix complimentary.We also have free coffee and tea in rooms and perhaps just needed a top up when you ran out. Receptionists are also available from 7 to 4pm if you had any queries at all, as housekeeping are not trained on general tourist sites information etc. All rooms are screened but require the doors are kept closed for comfort.Thanks for staying with us and for the time taken to give your feedback.We normally give out all this info at check-in.

Thank you for your rating Kameria, we are taking new measures with the use of the pool particularly in the evenings as we have noticed also the overuse.Our pool was recently refurbished and we now having to close the pool off in the evenings for chlorination and sanitation as even pools need time to recover after excessive use. Thank you for bringing it to our attention especially for groups. As for the price comparatives, our prices include 15% VAGST and you will find that we are most reasonable for our competitive set. Please keep in mind most things are imported into Samoa, with electricity costs much higher than you would expect overseas.I hope you had safe return home.

Hi Dorothy,We have only reopened again after 4 years of closure. We hope to update our whiteware soon, finances allowing. Will re-examine cleaning processes to see what might be the issue, wish you could have mentioned it whilst here.For breakfast we used to have Samoan options on rotation, but it was not popular so reverted back to eggs . Hi Tony, we are sorry you were so unhappy with your stay. You should have said something to one of us as what you are claiming are untrue or can be fixed. I don't know how you could have missed complimentary breakfast, or the laundry service. We do have limited dinner options in house, but its available every night. We don't hand out extra keys unless needed. We do not offer Wi-Fi anymore but do offer sim cards and credit instead as internet reception is great. I did try to speak to you on several mornings but was busy.

Hi Donna, sorry you did not have the best experience with us. We do need to clean up our offerings on various old posts on different platforms on the internet. The closure for 4 years has changed our offering and services however Expedia we try to update. As always best to talk to us in person if you have any issues or concerns whilst you are here.

Hi Jamie, we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Wished you could have said something directly whilst you were here, so we could have attended to it.Best to request transfers at time of booking as messages are on several platforms and can be missed.

Talofa Maegen, Yes you were the registered guest through an Expedia booking, but you also brought 2 other colleagues into your room of which one of them claimed her monies were stolen. This makes permutations more complicated with 2 other people in your room. When i initially spoke to your colleague she reported 900 Samoan Tala, later it became 900 USD. It's always a grave concern when there is an accusation of theft of such large amounts of cash from a guest's room. It's therefore important for me to get some facts as the consequence is a sacking of an employee and charges laid with police. It would not be fair for me to just take your colleague's word for it so I requested your laying a complaint with police to start the investigation process. The police brought in their forensics unit, took your statements, interviewed our staff, took my statement and did not find anything conclusive. The whole situation caused a major disruption to our business over several days. We noticed you yourself had the right idea carrying your valuables in a waist pack, if only your colleagues could have taken similar care. Your colleague should have handed in such large amounts of monies to be kept in the safe at reception as per our notices for security. The whole thing was also a terrible experience for us, and I plan to install cameras to assist in the future. We never like to deal with situations like this and ask you be mindful of carrying large amounts of cash around. Your colleague could have lost her money elsewhere and never realised it till that morning.On the whole I do agree it was a horrible experience for us too.

Hi Romolo, thanks for the feedback.Wished you could have said something during your stay as most are easy fixes, or temporary oversights.We used to have Samoan options on the breakfast menu but most guests did not appreciate it at all, so toast fruit eggs and convention it was.
