「This is a little studio apartment in a ground-level basement in Chapel Hill. You have your own rear entrance, spacious parking, large outdoor seating area, and absolute peace and quiet in the forest. The house and entire neighborhood is very pretty and just a scenic, 10-minute drive from the center of Chape Hill. This rental was clean, fairly priced, and the perfect place to stay for a week-- highly recommend!」

「I had a lengthy visit while traveling for work and found the guest house a very pleasant and peaceful place to stay. It is in a very beautiful neighborhood that is great for walking. The space is very comfortable and all of the finishes on the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. The location is very centralized in the Raleigh area and provides easy access to the many different parts of the city. It is a great place to stay! 」

「We look forward to another stay at Casa Roja!」

「This tiny house is lovely and does not feel tiny. The layout is smart…feels very spacious. It has more than enough room for 2-4 people. It is decorated very tastefully and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is pretty large, the neighborhood is quiet other than a nearby train track. The house is well built and insulated so you really don’t hear much noise inside. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if we come back to Durham!」

「We had a great stay. The place is lovely and comfortable. The location was convenient to all kinds of places. Highly recommend. 」

「Apartment is on the lower floor of an older house. Nicely upgraded and clean. Conveniently located to shops and restaurants. However, noise insulation was poor between upper floor. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Perhaps acceptable for one sleeper. It sinks in the middle with 2. Tv is positioned such that we could only watch on a queen bed. Not ideal for family. Only a small portable electric stove and a table top oven/air fryer were provided for the weeks we have booked. We have stayed...
