"This log cabin lodge on Swift Lake/Reservoir is a wonderful escape from busy city life. It is totally private, with its own road and gated access. The views over the water are incredible (especially when the moon was out!), and the lodge is designed to take advantage of that, with large windows and balconies facing the lake. The kitchen is very spacious and open, and it was a great space to hang out with family. It was conveniently located near Mt. St. Helens, and we went on several hikes a short drive away. We would recommend this lodge if you're looking for a place to get away with family, and enjoy some time in nature with all the comforts of home."
"This is a beautiful two-bedroom ground floor unit with full kitchen, some nice extra things (snack basket, some kitchen staples, kids games), big TV, recliner couch, and an immaculate hot tub outside. Very quiet and private, adjacent/attached behind the host’s main house. At the end of a gated private road. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone needing a place in this area. Thanks for a relaxing stay!"
"5/5 Stars – Incredible Stay & Wonderful Host!We had a fantastic stay at a lovely home on the Lewis River, but our wonderful host, Jan, truly made the experience exceptional. Not only was the home clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, but Jan went completely above and beyond for our family. After we checked out, she realized my granddaughter had left some items behind. Jan immediately contacted us and graciously returned it.It is rare to find a host who is so attentive, honest, and kind. We are incredibly grateful for her outstanding hospitality and cannot recommend this place enough. We would definitely go back!"
"Everything went smoothly. We arrived in the evening and it was dark. We were able to get in and communicate regularly. When we had questions, the answer came quickly via text. We were able to take two labs and we were all comfortable. I would stay there again."
"We had a pleasant stay. It is clean and pretty rustic. Some newer remodels. It was only my husband and I so we stayed downstairs. The one bed is very squeaky and the sheets are uncomfortable, kitchen is small but otherwise it was nice. There really was not a view. Large trees in the way It is in a little neighborhood so not isolated. Price was a little higher than other places we’ve stayed, but overall good."
"Welch cabin was perfect, in a beautiful setting. It was amazing to disconnect and relax. It had everything we needed and more. Love the off grid feel while still having some modern amenities. Dan was great, he met us at the property and showed us the ins and outs. We will be making this an annual trip as long as the cabin is available! Exceeded our expectations! Thank you!!!"

10/10 Excellent
"This house is huge with many bedrooms and perfect for multiple families or some other larger group. Everything was clean and the heat pumps heated the house well. Google maps guided us to the nice neighbor's yard. I wonder how many late night visitors she has in her yard yearly. Pay attention to the number on the mailbox."

"This was such a cute location and within walking distance to small restaurants and stores/gas. Loved how cozy the place was and actually surprised by how big it was when you walked in. It had everything you need for the stay. Very clean and had the rustic vibe. Would stay again."
