Aomori Prefectural Digital Museum

Nice older hotel option in Aomori. The staff was pretty friendly. It got the job done. They are located a block or two away from the heart of the town in Shinmachi Street.

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was excellent and full of variety, the laundry access and on-site parking convenient, and the rooftop onsen and massage chairs were a pleasure to use. Rooms cleaned everyday. On our first day, I did change out the loungewear provided in the room for a new set that fit better and was clean, as the set provided in the closet seemed like it may have been used very recently!? Still, I highly recommend dormy inn Aomori.

It’s located rather remote. It’s a hot spring hotel than your usual hotel. You may have to settle your meals in the hotel as travelling out is just too far away. However it’s a different experience to immerse in the country side though….
