"Booked 5 rooms for 5 people at Bira hotel. Booking was confirmed. Then an hour before we arrived, we were told the hotel was full and that we were being moved to another hotel. We then ended up staying at Hôtel MENABE'L, which is normally a cheaper hotel. We still had to pay the price for Bira Hotel, which was 50% higher than the listed price on Hôtel MENABE'L. "The bed was nice and place spacious but for the rest of the equipment whether shower, kettle, hair dryer, they worked very badly. Restaurant very poor, we waited more than 1hr with my 2 years old daughter for our dinner which was terrible and even got sick.They told me that they were understaffed. The place is very calm though. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly but that's not enough to make up for this bad experience. I would not recommend it."
