Welcome to Villa Atlantes, a hidden gem in Antigua, Fuerteventura. This 250 m² villa combines design, comfort and nature in a spacious, elegant and characterful space. With 3 bedrooms and capacity for up to 6 people, it is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a different stay on the island.



From its terraces you will be able to enjoy impressive views of the volcanic landscape that defines the soul of Fuerteventura. The patio and outdoor areas invite you to relax under the sun, share a meal outdoors or simply let yourself be carried away by the tranquillity of the surroundings.



Inside, every detail is designed to offer a unique experience: wooden ceilings and floors, volcanic stone walls, large windows and a warm natural light that envelops everything. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster...), is perfect for those who enjoy cooking and sharing.



Located in a quiet area, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, but with easy car access to the main beaches and points of interest on the island.

Traumhaus ohne Wi-Fi/TV mit katastrophaler Betreuung und schwieriger Kautionserstattung.

Das Haus ist ohne Frage ein luxuriöses Schmuckstück: tolle Architektur, geschmackvolle Einrichtung und luxuriöse Ausstattung. In dieser Preisklasse sollte man eine Betreuung der höchsten Güte erwarten können aber leider weit gefehlt. Ich kann nur warnen. Bei Ankunft gab es keinen persönlichen Empfang. Fehlende Informationen mussten wir uns selber erschließen, so zum Beispiel die Fernbedienung für Garagen- und Grundstückstor, die im Briefkasten lag (haben wir zufällig entdeckt). Es war ein wenig wie ein Escape-Room-Spiel. Im Haus mussten wir leider feststellen, dass man sich nicht mit dem WIFI-Router verbinden konnte. An dem Billig-Router hätten eigentlich auch Antennen sein müssen, die nicht vorhanden waren. Glücklicherweise hatten wir alle Datenkontingente mit unseren Providern, die aber alle am Ende der Reise aufgebracht sein würden. Hinzukommt, dass innerhalb des Hauses und auch auf der Terrasse sehr schlechte Mobilfunk-Konnektivität bestand (ein Balken Verbindungsqualität). Streaming hätten man vielleicht auch über den vorhandenen Smart-TV sehen können, nur fehlten hier sämtliche Anschlüsse, bis auf ein Netzkabel. Das habe ich natürlich der Verwaltung gemeldet. Repariert wurde nichts. Zum TV habe ich nicht einmal eine Antwort bekommen. Ist das der adäquate Service für ein Haus, das täglich mehr als 300€ kostet? Zu guter Letzt habe ich meine Kaution erst nach über zwei Wochen nach Abreise zurückerhalten und scheinbar auch erst nachdem ich mit der Polizei gedroht habe.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist zentral mitten auf der Insel und man kommt überall gut hin Punkt man braucht natürlich ein Auto. Das Haus ist eine Villa aus den 2000ern mit einem schönen großen Garten und einem super Pool.

Optimierung und Vorschläge

Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist sehr gefährlich, vor allem für Kinder. Im Pool müssen die Fliesen und Steine dringend erneuert werden. Handtuchwechsel nach 2 Wochen sollte schon möglich sein. Poolservice ist nur auf Nachfrage erfolgt. Wasserhahn in der Küche ist mangelhaft. Ansonsten alles okay und wir hatten einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub. Danke dafür🌞👍😎

Wundervolle Villa

Die Villa ist wirklich wundervoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Beschreibungen entsprechen voll und ganz der Wirklichkeit. Einige Probleme am Anfang mit der Satellitenanlage wurden prompt erledigt. Die Lage der Villa ist optimal um die ganze Insel (mit dem Mietwagen) zu erkunden. Dem Veranstalter/Besitzer würden wir empfehlen, folgende kleine Mängel zu beheben. Das Licht im Wohnbereich ist sehr romantisch, aber manchmal möchte man auch etwas mehr Licht haben. Einige zusätzliche Lichtquellen würden wir deshalb empfehlen. Der Warmwasserboiler ist etwas knapp bemessen. Bei 2 Personen konnten wir dies problemlos arrangieren, genügend Warmwasser zu haben. Bei mehr Personen könnte dies schwierig werden.

Autumn stay at Casa Atlanntes

A wonderful holiday at a superb villa, would highly recommend. Beautiful scenery and views and lots of mod cons. Centrally placed for visiting different parts of the island ( a car is a must) with the advantage of peace and relaxation when you return ‘home’. Very welcoming and beautiful property and good communication with the owner, but also left alone to enjoy our holiday. Thank you!

Beautiful villa but lacking in one area

The villa itself is beautiful, both on the outside and inside. The design is lovely and the interior is very nicely decorated. Outside, the pool area is also very attractive. The pool is a good size and the garden and outdoor living spaces are spacious and well-appointed. The villa was also spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, which was very important to us as we were staying with a toddler. With the latter point in mind, Eduardo kindly also provided us with a high chair and baby bed - which made our lives much easier. As a host, Eduardo is excellent and highly responsive. Since he was away for much of our visit, we dealt mainly with Sylvia when we were staying, who was also very helpful and quick in responding. On the minus side the pool is on the side of the villa that is very exposed to the wind and while it is apparently heated, it runs off a solar system which is not very effective. One of the reasons that we chose the villa was that our toddler loves water, and so we thought that we would be able to keep him occupied in the pool when the weather was too windy or changeable to take him to the beach. Ultimately however, the pool was only warm enough for us to take him in on one occasion, despite closing the pool cover very evening for a week after querying Sylvia on whether it could be made warmer. This was the major downside for us of the villa, as since we were staying for 12 days and the weather wasn’t great at the beach, it meant that we could only rarely use the pool. Otherwise, the property and the management/owner were excellent.

salve piacevole vacanza, bella casa sicuramente i materassi sono da cambiare letto troppo duro , o materassi di scarsa qualità, l acqua calda non era sempre perfetta, la piscina fredda poi riscaldata, questo solamente perché per una villa co. quel prezzo dovrebbe essere tutto ok...
