The condo is 2 stories and is newly renovated. It has 2 bedrooms and sofa bed downstairs. It has its own garage and the kitchen is fully equipped. It is in a gated community with a communal pool. It has 1.5 bathrooms. It is in a hidden gated condo complex which is 5 blocks from the center of Antigua. It is also a few blocks from most of the best restaurants and bars in Antigua. The pool has a charcoal grill and a large seating area with tables so you can enjoy grilling and meals by the pool. You can see the views of the volcanos from the condo and beautiful sunsets. The condo comes fully equipped for short or long stays. There is 24/7 security with a camera system and a guard making rounds for your enhanced safety. Cleaning is also available for lengthy stays on a regular basis.

Great communication

Great owners that were prompt to communicate. Unfortunately the property needs some plumbing attention. A water pump went on and off every 10 seconds all night and ruined our sleep. In my conversation with the owner it seemed he was aware of the problem. Also the toilet plugged. Other than that it was a good stay.

We didn’t have a chance to stay at the property because of difficulties with the host.

We could not stay at the property because of difficulties with the host and bad service we got. We requested a refund and talked with Vrbo on the phone and we have created a case as well. It was not a good experience and we are still waiting for the money to come back.

Me gusto la tranquilidad y la seguridad así como el áreas de la picinas, la casa muy linda, tiene de todo en la cosina para cosinar, también el área de la lavandería muy completa, los cuartos muy cómodos. Lo malo fue que las Tv No tenían señal de cable y no se pudieron utilizar y el sillón de la sala esta con un poco de mal olor

Nice place but

Very nice and comfortable condominium in a good location. Has all the need amenities. The listing says the beds are queen sized but they are doubles. This was not a problem as there were only 2 of us and there are 2 bedrooms. It would have been a problem if more people had come with us.
