「Wow did our family LOVE this home, property and location! The house is amazing with 7 en suite bedrooms within the house plus a separate studio apartment. The front porch was lovely to get a break from the sun and the gardens and grounds are gorgeous, we felt we were in a private oasis. 「Une vraie pépite l’habitation de Carole !Nous avons posé nos bagages dans un lieu de goût avec des aménagements de tout confort…les espaces intérieurs, la piscine de taille correct pour de belles détentes, la cuisine extérieure un plus, les petites attentions de Carole à notre arrivée, sa disponibilité, son écoute…La maison est très bien située, on a tout fait à pied même pour visiter on a pris le train (20mn à pied de la gare) proche des commerces, à deux pas des plages sans avoir les nuisances...

「My friends and I spent a great few days at Villa Provenzale Clos De Minerve. The pool is large and the water warm. The outdoor space and BBQ area worked perfectly for us - eating outside every night. We hired in a chef on the last night and had a great meal. There is a small cafe within a 10 minute walk (on Bd Francis Meilland). Each day we also walked down to the beach at Plage de la Garoupe and had drinks at the beach bar - which had a chilled vibe.」

「This is a beautiful Villa - the photos accurately depict the property. It is beautifully presented.It is a family friendly Villa with plenty of sleeping spaces and a very large living and dining area. Great for our 2 little ones.The host is charming and was happy to co-ordinate our arrival.Close to shops and the old town and also to the lovely beaches.We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Antibes.」

「The location for our particular purpose was great. Our children went to a french camp school so we walked to the camp. The house was located in a gated community so super secure and quite, very respectul neighbors. The house is good for family of 4, anything more than 4, then you will feel the squeeze. Pool was great with good temperature. After few days, you will feel the house like home,we enjoyed our stay, everything works, so no complains there however, I feel that it needs some love such...

「We enjoyed an excellent stay here. The villa is well situated to be able to walk into Juan les Pins and Antibes. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk. The accommodation was first class. The downstairs living area is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were all a good size and had plenty of storage space. 「The villa was beautiful, spacious and conveniently located -- perfect for a family holiday. It is across the street from a lovely beach, and an easy walk to the historic part of Antibes. Even with shops and restaurants as close as a minute walk away, the house has a lawn and pool that make it a quiet and relaxing retreat. The owners connected us with a local chef who prepared amazing dinners. The villa was a great find.」
