Convenient & comfortable

The hotel is possibly run by the nicest couple to ever run a hotel. It is located close to everything but is quiet. The garden in the back makes breakfast a joy. My room was small but adequate, with the bonus of a little patio. Shower space was very tight.

I liked the friendliness of the people who ran the hotel and their kind helpfulness, their efforts at communication with us, despite language difficulties. For instance, we couldn't get a taxi to a concert in Juan-les-Pins, so they gave us a lift to the venue, to save our having to walk far in the heat of the early evening.

Trivsamt, välutrustat hotell i lugnt område

Jag trivdes riktigt bra på Brit Hotel Colbert, som har många fördelar. Det ligger mycket nära järnvägsstationen i lugnt område, som det kändes tryggt att röra sig i även kvällstid och relativt nära public beach, där det finns låsbara skåp, toaletter, livvakter etc. Några livsmedelsbutiker, bageri etc. ligger nära, om man vill ordna egen frukost. Ägarparet var trevliga och mycket bra städning med även våttorkning av golv. Rummet var välutrustat med dubbelsäng, kylskåp, AC, safebox, möblerad terrass, säkerhetskedja på dörren, jalusier för mörkläggning, stor garderobsdel etc. Rummet kändes lite trångt att röra sig, duschkabinen var mycket liten, ingen fåtölj etc. och man fick ta med sig nyckel till dörr och safebox när man gick ut, men det kändes som detaljer och minskade inte min glädje att semestra i underbara Juan les Pins! Sandstranden är helt underbar, det finns mycket restauranger, butiker i centrum, trevlig strandpromenad där etc.

Familjeägt, enkelt hotell med nära till allt

Hotellet motsvarade precis våra förväntningar. Enkel standard men fräscht och med allt man behöver om man som vi, ändå mest tänkt göra utflykter och inte vara så mycket på hotellet. ACn räddade vår sömn i värmen och den lummiga innergården var perfekt för frukost. Frukosten var också bra och man kunde välja att hoppa över en dag (eller fler) och bara betala när man åt den. Flexibelt och bra! I övrigt är det nära till tågstationen varifrån man enkelt kan åka vidare längs rivieran. Lokala stranden bara några minuters promenad bort och även alla restauranger i Juan-les-Pins. Flygbussen stannar vid stora vägen runt hörnet (dock till terminal två men det går spårvagn mellan terminalerna som ligger ganska långt ifrån varandra - vi gick ca 15 min=svettigt!). Kan verkligen rekommendera detta enkla lilla hotell med trevliga ägare och personal!

Idéalement situé. A 5 min de la plage et des restaurants. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais le prix est serré pour l'emplacement. Très bon accueil.

Such a great hotel near the beach!! It’s a combo of hotel and bed/breakfast. The patio in back is gorgeous. We loved the room. Although small had everything we needed and finished well.

The hotel was a short walk to the beach. We also selected it because it said there was parking. But be advised that this hotel does NOT have its own parking lot. There is an inexpensive lot down the street but it is very difficult to find empty spaces during the evening hours. We had to circle for over an hour on some nights.

It is a nice clean place with really friendly hosts. The only inconvenience is that there is no parking of the hotel. I had to drive around in the neighborhood for 20 minutes to find a spot to park just for the check in. The receptionist explain me that there is paid parking lot in around 500 meters so I finally parked there.
