「Hote mal honnête qui veut nous faire croire que ce n´est pas possible au prix fait par expedia,qu´on doit payer plus. Par la suite on nous dit qu'il n´y a plus de chambre comme on a demandé et qu´on doit prendre la suite royale (on est dans village perdu ici et dans un vieux riad qui tombe en morceaux) Finalement apres une discussion corsee, il y a des chambres et ok elle nous laisse le tarif expedia !!! Tout pour nous exploiter et profiter des touristes. A EVITER」

「We didn't stay here because the owner was horrendous on the phone, the address doesn't actually exist, the phone number is wrong, and she refused to tell us where the "Riad" was- may be far outside Tiznit. She also said that she doesn't do Expedia! Sometimes this happens in Morocco, but this was a first to go completely sideways. 」

「夜中の到着にも関わらず、丁寧に対応いただきました。フロントデスクの方々は皆親切で丁寧でした。部屋も清潔に掃除されていました。ベッドのスプリングが弱くて腰が痛くなりました。Wifiが部屋で通じないのが一番不便でした。フロントに行かないとPC繋がらない・・・。それが一番不便でした。でもフロントの方が、電源が近くにある机のところを教えてくれました。あと冷蔵庫は空です。事前に水等を買っていかないと、夜困ります。プールは素敵でしたが、その日は寒くては入れませんでした。朝ご飯はXです。ヨーグルト、パン、６Pチーズみたいの、ゆで卵がとりあえずある程度です。中国や韓国の団体さん用のホテルのようで、朝ご飯たくさんの人に押されて大変でした。」

「The hotel is in a lovely setting. Pool area is beautiful. They had cold beer available which is not always the case in Morocco. Our room was large and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and attentive. Five star staff service. Highly recommend.」

「We stayed at DarZahia for 3 nights in November. Zahia (the owner) was not there but sent us a number of emails in advance with things to do in Taroudant and the vicinity, which was really helpful. The staff working there Belaïd and Fatima were excellent, really friendly and made us feel at home- Belaïd was really helpful showing us around town and Fatima's food was superb. The accommodation itself is beautiful and the roof terrace garden was in full bloom. It is a great place to relax and enjoy...

「Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs. Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. 」

「Arrival to the property in dark was least assuring as details from Expedia hadn’t reached the place.(?) Don’t be surprised when street pavement ends 15 meters before the gate, nobody answers and have to chase down property manager’s direct phone number from neighboring residents. Luckily manager lives not far and we were greeted by kind man named Aissa.
