Hi Mr. Johannes, Thanks for possitive evaluations. We prepare our beach stairs and fixed all of them for your safety since May. Our private beach ready for summer and there is no complain about so far.And we figured out that smell is coming with reverse wind undernite the rocks of city and we put special pump to cover it sometimes mother nature dont let us to fix all, it have their own rules.But thanks for your understanding and warn us on good way.Best Regards..
