Dans le quartier très recherché de l`Anse Marcel, face à la Marina, très beau duplex de 70 m² refait à neuf au 1er étage de la résidence haut de gamme des Acacias avec Wifi ultra rapide (fibre optique).

A 250 mètres à pied de la plage d`Anse Marcel, une des plus belles et plus calme de l`île, avec son restaurant de plage gastronomique Anse Marcel Beach.

A 100 m de la marina avec ses activités nautiques, son épicerie et son restaurant.

Cuisine américaine équipée et lave linge.

Chambre climatisée.

Le duplex Acacia Tropical a été entièrement rénové début 2021.

Il est très spacieux avec une surface de 70 m².

Il se compose de la façon suivante :

* Au 1er niveau, la cuisine s`ouvre sur un grand salon terrasse ventilé, et la salle de bain attenante.

* Au 2ème niveau, une grande chambre climatisée avec un dressing

Vous aurez accès de façon exclusive à l`intégralité du logement

Vous serez accueillis par mon couple de manager Daphnée et Gilles qui prendront soins de vous pendant votre séjour et pourront vous indiquer tous les bons plans de l`île.

Le quartier de l`Anse Marcel a la particularité de regrouper une plage de rêve et une marina dans un site naturel préservé et abrité d`une extrême beauté.

C`est le lieu idéal pour les activités nautiques à voile ou à moteur :
* location de bateau
* charter
* jet ski
* bouée tractée

C`est aussi un endroit qui accueille une des meilleures tables de l`île en bord de mer : le restaurant de plage Anse Marcel Beach.

Vous y trouverez également une épicerie, un restaurant italien, et bientôt un glacier.

Saint-Martin étant une petite île, vous serez donc également tout prêt de tous les autres points d`attraction de l`île (plages, restaurants gastronomiques, casinos) ou des aéroports.

Une voiture de location est recommandée pour se déplacer et découvrir les 37 plages de Saint-Martin, même si l`Anse Marcel est l`une des plus belles.

Nous pourrons vous recommander des loueurs de voiture sérieux à des prix très compétitifs.

La résidence les Acacias a été complètement rénovée entre 2018 et 2020, certains appartements voisins sont toujours en travaux ce qui peut causer des nuisances visuelles ou sonores.

The host was welcoming, and the duplex was beautiful. It had everything we needed, and the view of the landscaped hills was stunning. While the loft was air-conditioned, it was challenging to stay cool because the rest of the apartment was open to the outdoors.
