Dear guest,thank you very much for your honest feedback. We are very sorry that you had problems with the heating during your stay and felt uncomfortable as a result. But you give us no information at the reception. Please be assured that we do our utmost to ensure that all rooms are properly heated.We also regret that you had difficulty reaching the staff and apologize for that. However, we are proud to say that our front desk is available to personally assist you daily from 06:00 - 11:00 Monday through Friday and 7-11:00 on weekends. Outside of these hours we offer a modern "self check-in" and individual check-in slots which are very popular and can be controlled via your cell phone. A 24-hour emergency hotline is also available for emergencies.We realize that parking in the area can be a challenge, but we are pleased to announce that we offer free parking right at the hotel. In addition, there is a large parking lot for SUVS and minibuses at Hofwiese in the immediate vicinity, which costs only 1 euro in the morning until 8 am.We appreciate your praise regarding our great location and hope that you will give us another chance to provide you with the best possible service in the future.
