  • Comfortable apartment of 60 m2. Located on the 9th and last floor of a dominant building, offering a panoramic view, due south on the lake, the old town and the mountains.

    Refurbished in 2011. Designed to accommodate 4 to 6 people.
    There is a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry. Two independent bedrooms and a modular main room (living room + dining room transformable into a closed bedroom + dining area). This room opens onto a terrace closed by sliding windows.

    The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the pedestrian streets and shops. Equidistant from the sports center (swimming pool - ice rink - stadium). At the foot of the building, urban transport and a small shopping center open until 10 p.m.
