Gorgeous Carriage House close to USNA, walk to stadium, free parking, pets+kids

Charming private space in a quiet neighborhood. Live like locals and enjoy walking or biking around town. Free street parking, one block to Navy Stadium, 1 mile walk to downtown Annapolis and Naval Academy, 30 min drive to Baltimore or BWI and 45 min to Washington DC.
Beautiful, immaculate private space.
Safely tucked away a charming carriage house apartment in private backyard - 2 bedrooms, family room, well equipped kitchen and sparkling clean shower and bath.
Pets welcomed but must be approved in advance +$50 pet fee per pet, per stay.
Note - 7 night min. during USNA Commissioning Week.
2 night minimum preferred, but will accept one night bookings.
Plenty of toys for toddlers and babies, games for older kids. Highchair and pack & play.
We have several bicycles available to use, different sizes for different ages, please ask.
Outdoor space in the yard for toddlers to play. Also ask for corn hole and other yard games to use.
Cozy fire pit area to enjoy, please ask for wood or bring your own.
School fields near by and beautiful nature walking path right in front of the house. Please use the path for all pet bathroom needs not the backyard space.

The property was so quaint and perfect for me and three friends to stay in! We were excited to explore downtown which was a super short drive away. Ingrid was in constant communication for anything we needed. I would definitely stay in this property again and recommend it if you are looking for a quiet space close to downtown or the stadiums.

Wonderful stay

Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and well stocked carriage house within walking distance of downtown Annapolis. Stayed there with my family and two dogs and greatly enjoyed the accommodations. Ingrid and her family were wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.

We had an all day lacrosse tournament at the Naval Academy and this was perfect. We stayed last year and loved it so much we booked it again. Easy parking, easy in and out, comfortable place and great location.

Great location for USNA 2C parents’ weekend with a short walk to the stadium. Host was so helpful and accommodating. Would recommend especially for walking to stadium events

A cozy cottage

The carriage house was perfect for our family while attending an event at Alumni hall. Beautifully maintained and decorated with cozy touches and a prime location. Ingrid is an excellent host.

What a lovely spot! Super clean and cute apartment with very nice entrance through a lovely backyard area. Location is ideal for any Navy events, especially stadium events! Hosts were very accommodating and great communicators. Will definitely stay here again!

Quaint Lacrosse Tournament Getaway

From start to finish, our stay was wonderful. Accommodations were perfect and cozy. Everyone was happy and we had 3 moms/3 teen daughters! Would definitely recommend if you are in town for sports, a weekend away or just about any reason!

Wonderful Visit to USNA

We booked the carriage house for a brief visit to USNA and could not have asked for a better experience! It was within walking distance of the stadium, a longer walking distance (but short driving distance) to the campus, and in a beautiful little neighborhood. We immediately felt at home and at ease with the property managers. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Loved our stay! Great Location!

The Antonelli’s are wonderful hosts. Excellent communication, treated us like guests in their home. We had a three month old infant with us and the hosts had an adorable set up before we got there.But gave us plenty of room to do our own thing. The house is located near a walking path into town. We’ll definitely stay again.

Perfect Weekend Get Away

This was a perfect place for the 4 of us to use as our "home base" while touring Annapolis. It is dog friendly and is located by some very nice walking trails. It has a small outside area that we enjoyed in the evening & for coffee in the morning. The apartment was very well stocked, and the owners were very responsive & helpful. We would not hesitate to book again.

Reunion Weekend

Perfect place for a young family that needed to be walking distance to the football stadium and an easy drive to everything else. We were comfortable and able to have a great weekend. Best of Annapolis

Fantastic stay…everything was perfect. The lodging is a beautiful restored historic structure with thoughtful magazine quality decor. Full kitchen and lots of space. Hosts are very friendly and professional, communicated early and gave us really helpful tips to enjoy the area. Location is excellent, lovely neighborhood directly on the greenway path and walkable to a great coffee shop and into town. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend…perfect for an extended stay. Thanks to Ingrid for making this a great trip:)

Awesome hosts, location, and apartment!

We needed a place that would take our 2 dogs for a week stay leading up to 40th USNA reunion. The Antonelli's had availability for their carriage house and WAY exceeded our hopes & expectations. Ideal location, 1 block from the stadium, close to USNA campus. The Homewood neighborhood is ideal for walking dogs and so friendly. It truly was a great experience. The hosts are awesome, attentive, and have a lovely family making it a really enjoyable stay. The apartment is so well appointed and immaculate. Highly recommend this VRBO property - we will book every reunion weekend moving forward!

Cute, convenient, clean

Very relaxing stay at this cute, out of the way apartment. Owner made communication easy and instructions were clear. Apartment was complete with amenities and was very clean with plenty of fresh fluffy towels. It was great that we had use of the fire pit where we sat to enjoy a lovely quiet evening outdoors. Minor setbacks include that apartment requires a climb of steep stairs to a second floor which may be difficult for seniors and advertised washer/drryer requires special communication with owner. Otherwise a quiet lovely stay.
