Great family vacation!

Walking distance to bean point beach which was gorgeous! Laundry room had beach chairs and supplies wish we saw sooner.

Very nice!

Beach trip

Excellent, all furniture and appliances seemed new. Only 2 blocks from the tip of the island, and that part of the beach is not crowded. Very comfortable situation.

Lovely

Our stay was lovely. We were visiting friends and just needed a nice comfortable place. This was it. Well done on upgrades and great location. Close to beach. The pool was super warm which was very nice during chilly day.

Quaint cottage + beautiful location = Awesome!

This was a last minute booking and so glad we got in. Beaches were so nice, and we were surrounded by options. Pool and grill were a neat feature as well for late night dinners :)

Easy walk to beach & clean!

This is a great little place to stay. It was a super easy walk to the beach with lots of paths to get there, 5-7 min walk. The property was very clean and the pool was super warm. The laundry machines were brand new. 20 minute ride via golf cart to the Publix for groceries. Bring your own extra blankets, beach, umbrella, beach, chairs, they provide towels, which is great. Management responded to texts ASAP. Bring your own food, storage containers, baggies, plastic wrap otherwise the kitchen supplies are very functional.

Process for renting was fine. We didn’t really feel comfortable sitting on the couch, it smelled and was dated, along with other pieces. It was hard for us to relax here. The unit is about 3-4 blocks from the beach.

construction right out front door!

There is active new home construction within 10 feet of the front door - we contacted property management to complain, and they claim they did not know and would not refund any of our money. It's not relaxing at all with this construction noise all day. Place is just ok - no hot water just warm. I would not recommend with the construction noise and visual disturbance.

Location was perfect but….

We had a good time at AMI and the location was nice for getting to the beach and pier however, I can not give a good review. We were not happy with many things about this property. The kitchen and bathroom need to be updated!! The kitchen had mold on plates, pans and cups.?? The appliances were older and the dishwasher was not cleaning well. The cabinets needed to be cleaned and organized inside and better stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. The bathroom and especially the bathroom sink need to be updated. The outlet in the BR kept tripping when a hair dryer was used. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. This place was not worth over $400/night. The pool was not kept well. We have a pool at home and know what a clean well cared for pool looks like. The location was good and there were fishing rods left in the laundry room for our use and that was nice. We loved AMI but would not return to this unit. I feel bad giving bad reviews.

Great location and proximity to beach

We had a great stay! The property was clean and exactly as pictured. The pool was on the smaller side but it was only our family in it so it was fine. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. A couple block walk to Rod and Reel Pier which was a great place for dinner. The key lime pie was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Upset tenant

Me and my family have stayed all over the country mostly at resorts or houses run by property management companies. Totally my fault but we had to leave in a hurry and forgot a drawer full of clothes. Upon realizing what had happened we reached out although they have my number and could of easily reached out to me and let me know. They said the cleaning crew didn't find my shorts....which was actually several pairs of high end jeans and several pairs of high end shorts. Moral of the story is obviously not to forget your things but I guess I'm a trusting individual who would of returned the items that I found. I can't be the only person on the planet to forget something on vacation. My daughter left an earbud last year and the company mailed it to us which I would of been happy to pay for in this case. We paid several hundred dollar cleaning fee on to get my clothes taken when the company has a policy in place for when this happens. Maybe clothes aren't important to you and your reading this thinking I'm crazy but I packed my favorite clothes for vacation and now they are gone. What a terrible way to end a vacation that me and wife worked hard to save for trying to make good memories for my children. Now all I'm going to remember is losing my clothing and having a hard time understanding why someone wouldn't do the right thing and return them. Very very disappointing 😞. My hopes is this review gets back to the person who cleaned my room and they think twice about what they are doing and next time do the right thing. Clothes my not seem that important but I'm sick about it especially when I look how much I paid to have my room cleaned.
