Just inside, you’ll find an open-concept common living area that seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen offers ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for three. The dining room adds a rustic touch with its wooden table beneath two unique light fixtures and seating for eight. The living room is cozy yet chic, featuring a sectional couch, two matching armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. Sunlight pours into the entire common area through nearly wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, which open to the backyard and showcase breathtaking bayfront views.

Breakaway’s exterior amenities are wonderful. There is a private, heated pool in the front yard area which has in-water seating and an in-water sundeck. Surrounding the pool is a paved deck space with lounge chairs, additional outdoor seating, and a bar-height outdoor dining set. The entire space is surrounded by beautiful Florida landscaping. The backyard of the home is an oasis. There are two distinct spaces on the deck, one with a full-sized outdoor dining set, and the other with an outdoor lounge set. There are also lounge chairs on the pebbled surface behind the deck and, of course, crystal-clear blue waters of Tampa Bay that you can splash around in!

To top it all off, Breakaway is a short walk to Bean Point Beach, popular Pine Avenue, and local shops and restaurants. Simply put, Breakaway is a vacationer’s dream spot to spend vacation days pool or beachside!
