翌朝のタクシーを予約したにも拘わらず、時間になっても来ず。改めて、申し込むも新たな車が来る迄、30分を要した。フロントのスタッフの研修や対応姿勢に、疑問を覚えた。

全般的にOK
仕事で真冬に訪れたため、今回は移動手段がタクシーのみになりましたが、ホテルの滞在自体は何の問題も有りませんでした。部屋でのレポートのまとめ等、ホテル内での時間が長かったため、ホテルで食事を取ること多く、一つしかないレストランでの食事でしたが、思っていたより美味しいものでした。

エアコンとネット
部屋のエアコン(床の上に据え置きするタイプのエアコン)が、机の真横に置いてあり、机での作業中はエアコンからの風を全身に浴びる感じとなり、具合が悪くなりました。また、部屋は有線LANがありましたら、繋がらず、また無線LANも非常に電波が弱い為、あまりにもネット環境が悪いので、しばらく無線LANの繋がり易いロビーで仕事をせざるを得ない事もありました。

ミシガン大学近くのホテルがとれなかった場合にはおすすめ．
綺麗なホテルだった．ミシガンフライヤーにのって，バス停をおりてから7〜10分程度．道路を渡るための信号がないのでしばらく歩く必要がある．Michigan大学に行く途中でつかったが，快適だった．ただし，コンビニなどはまわりにないので，ご飯はホテル内のレストランかバーで．バーのピザは美味しかった．ちなみにミシガン大学まではタクシーで12ドルくらい．

My only complaint was the AC was very noisy. We had to turn it off to get some sleep. But everything else was excellent. Great friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed on the 6th floor, no ice machine. Had to go down to the lobby just to get ice for my room Seriously, it's just ice. So what if someone uses a little extra for a cooler. Cutting overhead at the convenience of the patron.

Not happy
There were a ton of teenagers in the hotel this weekend and no one could control them. They ran through the halls they were loud and just made us extremely uncomfortable. The hotel is too expensive to have the kind of experience I had. I probably won’t ever stay there again.

The room was very nice, comfortable and was clean. I suggest letting guests know that there are minimal towels and cloths in the room if more than 2 guests are staying.... before the guest gets to their room and becomes comfortable.

The hotel is well situated. 15 minutes away from U Michigan. Quiet, safe and clean. The only thing that intrigued me is that when they sent this survey they sent it to my daughter’s email who was not with me, does not live with me and had nothing to do with this reservation. I found very concerning that they use other people’s email to communicate. What else will they be sending with my information to someone else.

We stayed one night during a campus tour and athletic camp for our daughter. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was lovely and we were very comfortable during our stay. We only stayed one night but it was very quiet, easy to get to and convenient parking.
