"Convenient and accomodating!"

"Check in was really quick. I selected a room with a pull out couch which we immediately pulled out once we got in. There were dirty bottles and someone’s sock left behind the couch. I went down to the front desk to ask for more towels (on my reservation I selected 4 people but there were only enough towels for 3), to ask for linens for the couch because there were none, and to tell them about the couch situation. The man at the front desk was super apologetic and helpful. Within about 5 minutes there was a knock on the door from housekeeping. She cleaned up the mess, vacuumed, and made the bed. Everyone was super helpful, it just makes me cautious about the housekeeping staff. If you’re not thoroughly cleaning behind the couch and stuff, it makes you wonder what else they’re saying they’re cleaning…"

"Ample parking. Quick check-in and checkout. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Very loud air conditioning units in both rooms. Had to turn them off in order to sleep. Cracked trash can and cracked toilet seat in bathroom. Breakfast area was incredibly small and very crowded. Food ran out and service person struggled to keep up with everything. Coffee in the room was terrible. Coffee in the lobby was much better. Charging a dollar for a bottle of water seems wrong. Just charge a little more for the room and include “free” water. Pool was very small, more like a big hot tub than a swimming pool. Unlikely to stay here again."

"The room was surprisingly very clean, beds were alright but would prefer a firmer mattress. Am a tv watching person and the cable was horrible for channels as need to be updated to a better channels and lineup, don't advertise premium cable channels when absolutely not and no local stations either!"
