人生で一番最悪な経験
超古い！古くても小奇麗に清掃しているなら良いのだが、バスルームはカビが生えていて、バスタブはありえない状態です。髪の毛などが沢山。。。排水溝は流れないし。。。ホテルの従業員に頼むも、パイプユニットらしき物を流し様子をみてくれとのことで、もちろんあまり効果なし。。。もう本当に汚くて最悪でした。

素晴らしいサービス
スタッフの顧客に対する誠実さと責任感の高さは見上げたものです。始めに予約した部屋が煙草の臭いが強く、また、鍵の状態が良くなかったので、代えてもらいましたが、私の気に入った部屋が見つかるまで、夜中にも拘らず根気よく付き合ってくれました。位置的には最高の場所でした。バス停や買い物スポット、スターバックス、レストランなどが近接しており、どこへでも容易にアクセスできるところが気に入りました。

老朽化と不潔感いっぱいの部屋でした
外観はきれいだが、建物そのものが古いうえ、ほとんど内部はメンテナンスされておらず、建物内全般にすさんだ印象でした。 宿泊した部屋は、カーペットの汚れがひどく、繊維のダマが至るところに絡んでいて、掃除したとは思えないひどさ。裸足で歩くと、足裏が汚れる感じでした。バスルームの洗面には、清掃時の汚れた雑巾が置き去りに。設備、家具類も、老朽化と不潔感がいっぱいでした。 アメリカのモーテルはよく泊まりますが、これは最悪の一つに入ります。

値段の通りのホテルだと思う。どこのホテルも似たようなものかもしれないが、エアコンの音が若干気になった。

Hotel is falling apart! It is very dirty. Room was missing lights in the bathroom, no tissue, no garbage can, room phone didn’t work. Outside pool is filthy. The wall where it connects to the ceiling had gaping cracks. The smell was awful!

I've pictures to show how dirty this hotel is... I wish I could upload them. Possibly not vacuumed in months. Children crying coming fron various rooms, adults swearing from other hotel rooms. Trash under tv stand doors.

The facility is outdated and needs a deep cleaning. We went to Walmart and bought sheets and blankets because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets on the bed. There wasn’t a light or lamp in our living room. When we entered the room It was dark and we couldn’t figure out how to turn the light on. There was a lamp in the bedroom but not in living room area. The staff was polite.

Threatening us and we ran out of the room
When we arrived the gentleman up front could not speak very much English when we walked down the hall towards our room the carpet was very dirty the woodwork there was blankets hung out through the hallway we peek behind one there was a shovel in trash there was a couple of those down through there we got to our room it was cold so we turn the heat up looked around look dirty we weren't happy but we had traveled all day so we went to go eat came back an hour and a half room was cold we went to go ask for another room because this one was dirty look like it had not been cleaned he was very rude to us it was a different gentleman this time said that he had just started that night but he knew all the rules and the walls of the hotel and knew how to work the computer pretty well told us that no matter what he was not going to change our room so we go back to the room and we are looking around at the dirtiness and we go into the jacuzzi part and there was a dead bug laying on the floor so I go back up to the desk to explain to this man this room has not been cleaned that somebody apparently have been living in this room there was a gentleman in the building that was drug raging through the hallways threaten me was beating on the doors I got down to the room told my fiance let's go we're not staying here the guy out here just scared me and it's dirty let's go when we come out of the room with our suitcase and bag the same person was raging back up the hallway but elevator and door

As disgusting a hotel as you’ll find!
When you first pull into the parking lot the first thing you see is an abandoned pool with green sludge and misc chairs in the bottom. The lobby is disgusting and the daily calendar still had the previous days date, it was 1pm. The carpets are stained and when I say carpets I mean all of the carpet on the 1st floor and 3rd floor where my room was. The room was no better. It smelled like smoke & the carpets were stained. All 4 pillow cases had black and or yellow stains on them. They provided one towel, not one of each sized towel but one in total. There was a lot of pubic looking hairs on the bathroom counter near the sink, it was clear nobody has wiped down that entire counter in weeks if not months. I reserved this dump for Friday and Saturday for the weekend of the ohio state Michigan game because hotels are scarce and expensive. I’d rather sleep in a homeless shelter. I left immediately. I briefly thought about speaking to management but thought to myself, they have eyes, they’ve seen what disgusting and unacceptable condition this murder motel is in, what’s the point. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BOOKING LIKE BLAKE CORUM RUNS AWAY FROM AN OHIO DEFENDER

The staff member Dawn is great and deserves to be a general manager. The hotel is gross! Vomit in elevator and whole hotel stinks. It’s nothing more than a homeless shelter full of odor and mold. Very out dated. Best rate in town for a good reason.

you get what you pay for
the room was freezing. the heating unit want even plugged in. molding on door frame of the elevator was coming off the wall and when we got in the room there was dental floss on the night stand between the beds.

This is a 1 star because u can’t go lower. Dirty everywhere. Smoke and marijuana everywhere. Zero amenities. This is your classic dive. Stay at your own risk.

The hotel looked abandoned when we arrived. We wondered was it open for business. We had one towel for the two of us. The tv did not work. The heat did not work well. There were no blankets. In the end we left early and threw away a whole nights stay. The hotel should be condemned.

This is the worst hotel I ever ever ever have stayed in ever !! The walls in my room were peeling . Water was leaking for the ceiling. The white clean?? towels had stains all over them . The light switch didn’t work so you had to come in the room with your phone light on to find the lamp. There was mold in the sink. Under the mattress was crumbs and dirt . I slept fully clothed yea eith shoes on!! They tried to give me another room that was just as bad. The front desk lady excuse was that it’s a old hotel, old shouldn’t mean horrible. I don’t even know how they’re still in business. This place should be shut down ASAP!! I paid for two nights and only stayed that one night only because it was super late when I checked in and all hotels were sold out for the big game. I went to Detroit my second night to stay in a room I could actually sleep in comfortably and take a shower. NEVER EVER STAY HERE EVER!!.

The second worker gave me true bath towels and promised me a better room for tomorrow The desk perso had no clue about this or what was a better room

It was the most run down hotel I ever stayed at. It was dirty anjd falling apart. The place needs to be shut down immediately. It is a disgrace that the so called inspectors haven;t ordered it closed already.

This place was completely disgusting, rundown and dirty. The room smelled terrible, we walked in, put our bag down and immediately picked it up and left. DO NOT stay here, the place is awful

We arrived 20 minutes early and our rooms were not ready, which is okay because check in was not until 3. After seeing the outside and inside I’d this hotel, we chose not to come back and check in as it was so gross and did no appear as a safe place to stay. We unfortunately lost out on all of our money. I’m not sure I will ever use Expedia again after how far off this was. Such a bummer.

This property should be reported to the health department. There was water damage in the hallway under the wallpaper. The elevator has not been inspected for almost 4 years and it appeared unsafe as the buttons that operate it were broken or missing. There was old food in the refrigerator. The water could not be regulated & moved from hot to cold. The flush of the toilet made haunting noises. This was reported to the front desk. The hotel & rooms smelled of pot, cigarette smoke & musty. Think Psycho & the Bates Motel. People who know me, know that I am not known for exaggeration. The only reason we stayed at all is that we arrived after midnight & had no options except the car.

The pool looked like you could film a scene for Friday the 13th. The shower was filthy unusable, the blankets looked they belong on the set of Happy Days. The place is a complete dump and should be closed.

Ann Arbor is great. This place is not. You know in the old scary movies, before someone they are walking down a halfway- the lights are flickering, there are wires hanging out of the wall, you expect something to jump out of the elevator - it’s like that. Our toilet was broken and no one would come to fix it, our smoke alarm had low battery and the front desk said that they didn’t have any batteries, so they advised me to just take it down and remove the battery. There was a grimy old mini fridge in there which was not plugged in so it smelled terrible. My wife made me put all of our bags up high to avoid cockroaches. We booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1. Michigan crushed Indiana, so still a good weekend, but would never stay here again.

The description and pictures didn’t match what I saw online. I thought we were gonna stay in a cute little Victorian inn.The bed was clean. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub, which looked nice, we didn’t use it though. Our toilet didn’t flush. The exterior of the motel was pretty run down. For Ann Arbor, I thought it would be in better shape

The whole place had not been vacuumed or cleaned for a long time. The rooms had dirty sinks, floors, and tub. One of our rooms the linens had not been changed and had ceiling leak stains. The other room had no towels or wash rags. Terrible hotel.

This property is scheduled to be torn down! Carpets filthy, syringe found on floor of room, mysterious stains present on walls and curtains. No breakfast, pool not functional for last 10 years. Prostitutes present in lobby and foyer.

Property had a power failure then turned away all guests in the middle of the night and then REFUSED to give refunds. Stay far away from this sham of a hotel, I've never seen such unethical behavior.
