The modern apartment with a romantic charm is only 5 minutes from the Slovenian Coast and quite close to Italian and Croatian borders. A private set of stairs takes the guests to the beach. It has a peaceful location with lots of sun. The area is particularly famous among nature walkers, scuba divers and beach lovers. There are a few restaurants, shops and supermarkets within 6-7 minutes’ drive.
 
The region attracts tourists for its natural reserves, mountain trails, vineyards, ancient buildings (such as the Monastery of St. Nicholas) and remarkable biodiversity. As a coastal city with ancient origins, the cuisine of Ankaran (the town in which the property is located) is quite mature and dominated by seafood and olive oil. The town also hosts events and festivals throughout the year celebrating music, local produce and art. There are also a few wellness centers nearby that guests can visit during their stay.
 
The nearest airport is only 25 kilometers from the apartment.
