Overall good experience. The staff are uneven in their capacity to provide service—many are very timid and not capable of proactively troubleshooting. With that said, it’s quite a nice facility and the staff are nice and doing their best. The room was quiet and clean. The bed comfortable and there were a good selection of pillows. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water daily. The breakfast bar was amazing but very pricey when I just eat a small breakfast now. For those looking for a full meal, you will be very pleased with the spread. The pool was very nice—the water was a bit cold but it was clean and very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Okay stay.

The hotel was an ok stay. Very central and close to everything. Service was definitely amazing, however a couple of things not so great. Lots of stains on the carpet and furniture in the rooms which makes it feel a bit dirty. Breakfast was also way over priced... over $50 dollars (AUD) each for a buffet that had very little options and everything was cold. Absolutely terrible. We ended up going down the street for breakfast the next morning for less than half the price and was delicious food and coffee.

All the service and comfort you would expect from an international 5 star hotel. Only disappointments - no sink plug in bathroom and no hand shower in bath - both standard in most hotels. Drink prices very high.
