The pluses: spacious, light flat, good small city for a short stay with some interesting things to do, helpful and responsive host who quickly solved a missing linen issue. The minuses: weird layout that wasn't clear from the pictures - the only WC is off the living room without its own sink; virtually every plate was cbipped so a crockery refresh is needed; mould from historic water leaks in the ceilings not shown in photos and this meant the smaller bedroom smelt distinctly musty; the shower is not able to be attached to the wall you have to hold it, which is awkward and again different from the photo. Finally, while this is not something the hosts can control, the local youth for 2 of our 3 nights played very loud music from cars til 2am outside the property The listing mentions some noise from the bar and this wasn't a problem for us,but the antisocial behaviour from the local youth wrecked our sleep unfortunately. I did not take account of this in my rating but other guests should be aware.
