ROSE Holidays offers you this very large apartment located on Rue Saint-Aubin, in the heart of Angers. This exceptional accommodation offers you a setting of absolute comfort conducive to relaxation.

Capacity: up to 7 people.



The accommodation consists of:

Bright living room/dining room: large sofa, television, family dining table and elegant decoration.

3 spacious bedrooms each equipped with a large double bed. (An additional single bed available if needed). Careful decoration and generous storage spaces.

Fully equipped independent kitchen: oven, hobs, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

Modern bathrooms: one with a bathtub, washbasin and separate WC.



Easy and paid parking at the Saint-Maurice Cathedral car park, 50m away.



Location:

Perfectly situated to explore the city on foot, just a stone's throw from shops, restaurants, and cultural venues in Angers.

Exit Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

Gather used linen in the entrance

In case of non-compliance, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Instructions for your autonomous arrival

Your digital welcome booklet: housing operation, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, parking tips bin information
